Damaged my car
This is by far the worst dealership. They damaged my car on the first oil change, fixed it at their body shop and did a horrible job! Paint is now chipping off and they will not pay for it to be fixed. John in Service is a snake and the customer service at this place is horrible. Give a better dealership your money. These are bad people

Damaged car
Take a photo of your car before trusting these people with it. They damaged my new Atlas on it it’s first oil change appt. never told me until I drove over an hour away home I noticed it. They agreed to fix but their repair shop did an extremely bad job... now a few months later all the paint is chipping off. And they refuse to pay for it to be fixed.... John the management in Service is a snake. The service sucks at this dealership. Very dishonest

Professional and efficient
This is our fist Volkswagen purchase, and I wouldn't have wanted to buy anywhere else. The staff at Trend Motors is professional and accommodating. You won't regret a visit there. Ask for Les!

Service with a smile
I went out of my way to lease my last two Volkswagens from Trend Motors in Rockaway, NJ. I don't live anywhere near there, but another customer recommended that dealer to me. Justin David handled both leases -- a 2016 Golf and a 2019 Jetta. He doesn't blink when I insist I have to have a manual transmission. he sees that I get one -- and, by the way, I'm loving the six-speed in the Jetta. Justin makes every aspect of the deal clear, and he is very patient (probably because he's a fisherman) -- he listens to my stories, even if he has head them before. When I have questions after the signing, he responds right away and always takes care of whatever the issue is. Forget the stereotype of the car salesperson who is interested only in getting your name on the line and your money in the till. Justin doesn't pressure you, doesn't try to talk you into things. He just works with you to get you what you need.

Another satisfying experience!
Just got my second Volkswagen and this time it’s a Tiguan! Just love this vehicle as I did my Passat! Once again, I cannot emphasize enough how pleasant it is to deal with Frank Maher, Mike Ladenheim and Les Agius. They truly know how to orchestrate and manage the entire process for a stress-free experience from beginning to end. Bravo!

Don't buy German cars!
Mechanics will tell you your car is fixed and ready to drive, but then after you paid money-a substantial amount, something else is wrong that they "missed" and you end up paying more money than you should. Errors may happen, but a trustworthy mechanic (if they exist) should in good faith agree to fix the already "fixed" car for free! But as a rule, stick with Japanese cars over German.

5 Star Sales team
Great experience with John and the finance manager. Had lil to no time to shop for a car/truck. I came in with a a pre approval and 1 truck in mind. I told John what I want and how much I wanted to pay at 5pm on a Friday night. John got me a great deal on the truck. Then the finance manager had ran my credit with my pre approval plus 2 order banks and got me even a better rate. They got the entire deal done with in a couple hours and even took they time to make sure the deal was right even though it was after closing at this point. I and my plate even came in within a week. GO SEE John, he will get you GREAT deal and his team at Trend Motors will get you great financing on great selection of cars/trucks. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ sales team. Thank you to everyone involved in the purchase of my new truck.

UNETHICAL SALES CHARADE!
SO UNETHICAL! CHARADES! ROTTEN SALES TRICKS! Worked out a whole deal with them on a new lease for an Atlas. Haggle back and forth and they give you a great deal on paper which is unbeatable however, they give you tier 1 pricing knowing all along which of the 8 tiers you are in. They keep this charade going through the deposit, signing initial deal sheets, and right up until pickup. They ask for proof of insurance set a date a d time for pickup. Walk in the door they congratulate you and make you sign deal papers again with the salesperson reflecting the awesome price. They then move you to finance to finish up the paperwork. The finance manager asks if you want the door shut before he talks about credit. He then drops the bomb that the payment is $80 more a month. They know this from the minute you walk in and keep the lie going until signing figuring you have invested so much time already you will agree. No chance! Any dealership playing those games is NOT TRUSTWORTHY, we ran out of there and went to JACK DANIELS VW FAIRLAWN, they showed us all 8 tiers up front and explained what tier we fell into. Picking up the car from them In 2 days! Totally different experience.
