I purchased my 2022 ram from Mike Kovacs 1month ago, Wife and I were going to breakfast on Sunday morning truck did not start. Jump started it had it checked and told battery was no good. I called Mike Kovacs on Monday and he wrote me back on email that the warranty did not cover this. I called the dealership and spoke to Brittany and told her I purchased this vehicle there just 1month ago, she looked it up and told me to take it in and they would check it, it turned out the battery was bad and she made it right. I am very grateful for her assistance and she did a great job taking care of my issue. I worked for a dealership for over 10 years and would do whatever I could to take care of customers as they are the ones who keep these business's open. Mike Kovacs sold the vehicle and was done with it did not even call or try to make it right, I guess losing customers is worth a battery. I won't send him anybody but I respect Brittany as she took care of me and the dealership and I would recommend them to Family and Friends.

I have had bad luck with dealerships and salesmen. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle go see Benny. He is top notch. No beating around the bush and straight to the point. I can say he went above and beyond from start to finish! If I could rate 10 stars ⭐️ I would. I will definitely be back!!
