over promised - failed to deliver

We spent 6 hours at the dealership, and 2 hours of that was waiting on a finance person so we could finish the deal. the vehicle wasnt on perm so we were told it would delivered Monday, we were there on a saturday. This was fine, we left our trade in vehicle at the dealership and left. Monday came and I checked in with the Sales rep and Sales manager, both said the vehicle was there and being detailed and inspected. Then I was told it would be delivered Monday late evening, this was fine because I understand they were busy. Later that day, I again checked in, around 630pm, i was then told that they were working on it still and would be on its way soon. At about 730 pm that night, I received a phone call from the sales manager, Todd, who told me that the vehicle isnt there yet and the other dealer is giving them a hard time. So this means that the Sales rep and Manager both lied to me throughout the day, and then were not able to deliver on their side of the deal. The next day, I asked to speak to the GM, who called me and did everything he could to make excuses for his guys, which I get, he's sticking up for his team. But the fact remains that your team straight up lied to a customer. The best part is when the GM asked if I still wanted the vehicle, we had left our trade in at their dealership and already signed the documents and made a down payment... what a terrible question to ask. Overall the worst car buying experience ever, I will do everything I can to steer people away from your dealership.

Buyer

Gas tank was not fill up as I was told. Car was not cleaned as well as I expected, I will have to finish it myself. Car was dirty when I first looked at it and after I looked at it, the touch up paint that was done is very bad. Hopefully I can get it corrected and get the tree sap off as he described it to be.

Jeep renegade

I started with searching the website for our renegade. Ron answered our email quickly. Charlotte set an appt for me to discuss our purchase. Silas met me at door, courteous and professional. I shared bad experience we had with another dealership. Silas handled our sale in a timely and professional manner. The finance office was completely satisfactory. My transaction only took two and one half hours and i drove out in our new Jeep renegade. Thank you Richardson CJD .

Salesman was excellent.

Salesman new that I was out of town, worked with me to make the deal happen and deliver the car to Me. Also knew that I would not be getting service at the dealership.

Great Dealership

Initially, I went to this dealership on 12/5/2018 to test drive a new jeep wrangler but ended up falling in love with a 2017 dodge charger SE. Ryan, the used car salesman, worked diligently and persistently to get me into the car. He would not take no for an answer and exceeded above and beyond to meet my expectations. Jay, the sales manager, worked well with me on the monthly payments and overall price of the car. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and I must say the customer service and deal I received exceeded beyond my original expectations. I love my car so far. I just bought it on 12/6/2018 and I plan on doing another update after my first month experience. Thank you all.

Incompetent dealership

Man if I could give this place a negative 5 stars, they truly deserve it. So today (December 5, 2018) my wife went to the dealership to buy a 2016 Dodge Journey that was white with black rims. On Dec 4, 2018, my wife emailed the dealership and confirmed with a salesman that the vehicle was there. We were already approved through our bank and submitted our driver license and other info to the dealership. The reason for this was to speed up the process because I did not want to waste time at the dealership. We drove 2 hours to get to the dealership. When we were 20 minutes out, my wife called the dealership and the salesman said he would have the vehicle pulled to the front. When we arrived, we learned that the car had been sold on Saturday. We wasted nearly 5 hours (4 driving and 1 with the salesman) and added undue mileage to our vehicle. This salesman is clearly incompetent and does not have a clue on the inventory that is on hand. They tried to put me in another Journey that had 38k and the rear temperature controls were dangling from the roof. The crazy thing is that the used car lot does not have many cars. Do not waste your time with this dealership. Management if you want to discuss this, let me know. As a businessman, I would be pissed if my employees did customers like this.

Amazing sales rep!

When into the dealership to find the perfect vehicle and Jamal was more than helpful. This guy really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. One happy customer and proud owner of a 2018 dodge charger!
