Great Experience!!!

Very fair and straight-forward buying experience. I have no complaints whatsoever from the time I arrived onsite thru the entire process. Shack the salesperson was very helpful and really knew the product he was selling. He answered all my questions and explained everything. The whole team did right by me, were very nice and easy to deal with.

Dodge it is

Located my new Ram on your website, then swung by to take a test drive. Everyone was extremely professional and attentive when we came in to see the Ram. Finance department did work with us on terms but it was a lengthy ordeal, but it always is when playing the game.

Sell the Vehicle, forget the customer

I have multiple issues with this dealership. They DO NOT return calls. The DO NOT respond to mail. 1. its been a month since I traded for a 2019 RAM. They have yet to pay off my trade-in balance so the bank shows me owing a payment plus a late fee. 2. They removed the window sticker and have not provided it to me, Federal Laws states that only the ultimate buyer can remove the window sticker. 3. They added $1,147 dealer add-on's. They either can not or will not tell me what these add-ons are. 4. An employee witnessed me opening and closing the tailgate. When I closed it, it fell off scratching the bumper. I've asked about repairing the scratch - no response. 5. No one offered to explain how "Uconnect" works, which is totally new to me. 6. The survey they sent me was returned with a poor rating. You would think someone would contact me with a concern. Apparently these surveys mean nothing. This was my first ever Dodge product. I like the truck but this dealership leaves a lot to be desired.

Worst Service Repair Shop

I dropped my vehicle off to be repaired and they sent over to pickup a rental car from Enterprise Rental but Enterprise was closed. So they informed me that they would provide me with a car first thing Monday morning so that I will be able to get to work since my car will take up til Tues to be fixed. I called multiple times and left messages for someone to provide status on my car also to inquire about the courtesy car that they promised. It's been 48hrs and I have not received a call back nor am I able to get through when calling to speak to a real person in service and not a recording. To make a long story short, I highly recommend that you never ever use this service repair shop for anything.
