Best service in Albuquerque

Purchased car in August 2018 - nearly 60,000 miles to date. All service done here - great people. New tires - great deal. My second car with them - main reason I got a Toyota.

Were supposed to wash my car after service, but, did not. The service was timely and well done. The service writer explained the service well.

Service

Great service was suppose to be a 4 day job did the job in 2, only thing I could critique would be sipping off oil on hot parts. Other then that extremely happy with service and quality!

15,000 mile service

They are a quality dealership. They are fast and courteous. The supply of food and drinks is a nice touch. I highly recommend. Easy to choose a time.

Brian is an Awesome Mechanic

I take my Suzuki SX4 here because I trust Brian with my car. He is not the type of mechanic who over sells. Instead he is truthful and really lets you know what repairs your car needs.

No shuttle offer

My car was not washed as it usually is and I was not offered a shuttle. Therefore, I had to wait a few hours in the lobby.

The dealership offers a courtesy shuttle Monday- Saturday 7:30am - 4:30pm. The shuttle sign up is located in the lobby area. Forgot to close my hood

The service was quick but the mechanics forgot to shut the hood of my car which could’ve been a disaster driving on the freeway right after leaving the dearship.

Oil Change/Regular Maintenance

I made an early appointment so I could get in and out in a timely manner. Seeing as this maintenance trip was only for an oil change I expected it not to take too long. After about two and a half hours of waiting I decided to ask what was going on with my vehicle and the maintenance associate said oh, it’s just about ready and in about five minutes I had my vehicle back. I was disappointed that I had an early appointment and it still took this long. I am not looking forward to my next maintenance visit as it is going to require more than just an oil change.
