Oil change
It took almost four hours to get my oil change. They are friendly just takes very long for oil changes. This was my third oil change with them and every visit has taken very long for just oil change.

Very informative.
Mechanic was very informative. I don't know much about cars but I know how to take care of mine with the information from the mechanic. I am very satisfied with the customer service.

Squeeky brakes
Good job. Service was fast, the place was spotless. Donuts were fresh as well as the fruit. Could use a different paging system rather than a maintenance person coming out and shout. Put a large TV screen up showing the status of the vehicle and color.

I always get reliable service here. I schedule my service and never have had any problems. They also give you a ride to work/home and will pick you up when your car is ready.

Poor Dealership, Bad Treatment, Lie about price
'A truck for any terrain. 🏔️ 🛣️ Let us help you find the perfect vehicle for your journey!' I can not recommend this Dealership. They have a real arrogance, treat the customer as some mind-numb idiot and lie about prices. Then, they jack up the price on the car and your trade in. I've bought four other cars from this dealership but no more. Their service department is good. Beware of these guys.

PPF replacement
When I purchased my brand new Tacoma 2019, the PPF was damaged on the hood. I got a loaner vehicle, super basic model compared to the vehicle that I had purchased. I had the loaner for an entire month before the warranty company got the installation up to standards. Super disappointed. I was paying for a brand new vehicle that I didn’t even have in my possession and got no compensation due to all of the inconvenience. I attempted to call service to get an update and the employee was not returning my calls. I would not recommend this dealership to a friend.

Free routine maintenance
First free maintenance visit after buying the new car. It was fast, they were friendly, but they didn’t even change the oil. Included maintenance is just a tire rotation After 5000 miles. Toyota care included free maintenance is practically no maintenance.

Hi Steve! ToyotaCare covers normal factory scheduled maintenance. The maintenance performed during each service varies by the vehicle model and year. Many Toyota models require synthetic oil and recommend the oil be changed every 10,000 miles or 12 months.
