Renewing my lease for a new Toyota.

I entered into a lease for a vehicle 3 years ago. I'm a senior. The terms offered in terms of financial, quality of vehicle absolutely work for me. I'm a believer and American Toyota takes good care of seniors!

Struts replaced

Very fair...which is the important thing!

Very fair sales people. That’s what’s important. They didn’t try to BS me. I guess it was enjoyable if spending a lot of money is enjoyable! I would highly recommend them!

Sales rep lied about the history of the car.

Caught sales rep in a very substantial lie. The more he tried to cover-up the more he lied. Good thing for Car Fax. Also, $20 K deal, he wouldn't even fill the gas tank, nearly on empty. He said the previous GM would fill the tank, but he died. The new GM just won't do it. Really overall bad experience.

“Better fit” 4Runner?

My second new Toyota Truck/SUV purchase, closed by Clay Schroeder, was the WORST big item, tangible investment I ever made. Make sure the vehicle you test drive and agree upon is exactly the same as the one signed for and delivered. Duh! Not only did I receive a different 4Runner, but I also ended up overpaying due to the change. Was informed at a later date the one received was “a better fit.”
