Revise my 3-16-20 review.

I am letting people know that after my 3-16 review I took my car back to the dealer and they graciously admitted the mistake not to check the battery. In hindsight I have to acknowledge that no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. What counts is the service manager took it upon himself to make it right and he did. Taking responsibility and rectifying a problem for the customers benefit is a sign of a good company with a good culture. I look forward to having them take care of my car going forward.

Minimum done

I went for the free service included with the vehicle's purchase. It was far too long in my opinion as a mechanic. Upon pickup, they requested signatures and said bye. No review of findings or check results.

Last of paid routine maintenance purchased when I

This was the last of my routine maintenance. I don’t drive my truck that much so it was beyond the warranty. They honored The warranty anyway even though it was 45 days past due. Thanks so much to Larry Miller for a good experience

Mediocre customer service

My biggest complain would be that they dont leave my car in the same condition I brought it in. The always move my seat up and change the angle of the mirrors. There have been times where I found evidence of someone going through my glove box. They are generally inconsiderate and i can tell that people dont like working there. Wish I didn't have to feel like a burden everytime I get an oil change.

Our technicians are required to do a multipoint inspection at every service which includes checking the cabin air filter, that is located in the glove box. Easy servicing was no problem

New car periodic service. In and out in no time. Didn't actually meet with our service advisor, but her replacement handled things perfectly. Good job!

My car battery died 3 times in the last month!

I am very frustrated with my Toyota Highlander Hybrid, 2018. I have had it since July 2018, my mileage is 14,500 miles on it. In the last 6 weeks, my car would not start 3 times due to drained battery. I had to have it jumpstart. I took it in for my 15K service and told them that I wanted the battery replaced. They tested and said I didn't need a new battery because the test came back normal. Not even a week later, after I drove around town, but did at least an hour drive back and forth to drop off the dogs, we left town for 5 days. My car would not start again the next morning. I took it back in a second time within a week, and again, they would refuse to change my battery!!! Would not recommend this dealer at all. There is a private dealership in Albuquerque specialized in Japanese cars with excellent reviews.
