Great service

My service adviser was awesome. My vehicle is a 2017 so I’ve only been going there for a couple of years. I feel like I’ve know this adviser all my life.

Great service overall!

Service overall was very good. The only little gripe, but not going to weigh it too heavy, because this is their business. When I go in for a couple items, they want to do 5 or 6, most of which are NOT called out in the owners manual. If it isn't specifically called for in the owners manual, I usually ignore it, and only do those things that are extra if I , myself deem it necessary. So, I usually just say no to what I did not bring it in for. This time, there were two items they asked about that I DID know to be an issue so allowed them to repair those two items, in addition to what I took it in for. So overall it worked out fine. Timing was great. Support during my wait was great.

New car!

Went just curious to see what my money would buy me, it’s been 9ish years since I purchased my older vehicle. We looked around at used and there was nothing within our budget and ideals for a “new to us” vehicle. We looked at new cars and they were beautiful! Of course way out of my budget, the salesman was awesome and we sat down with him to see what we were looking for, what our budget was and how long we could make payments. They were kind, willing to listen and try to get my the best deal that would fit in my family’s budget. I would definitely, recommend my friends and family to visit Larry H. Miller Toyota

Miguel was awesome! I went in for an oil change and met with Miguel regarding the end of my lease in a couple of months. He listened and suggested great alternatives. So great, in fact, I left in a new car. And only 1 hour after my oil change was finished. Finance team was amazing also.

Excellent customer service, as usual

I've been using this dealership for at least 4 years and have had excellent service each time. When friends suggest a closer dealership, I tell them the drive , which is not that far, is very much worth it. You expect excellent service, and you always get it.

Prius maintenance visit

Awesome as always! Mel Rosas and his team are fabulous!! We drive from Santa Fe for service on both our vehicles, and it is well worth it!

Car owner

Had to wait a few days longer since wrong parts were ordered. Idle still runs rough so thats wasn’t corrected. Spent close to $2,000.00 you would think they would wash the car before i picked it up.
