Oil change

Bad service. Damian Vassaw kept asking if I wanted to buy 3 or 1 oil changes. When I had already bought the 3 the time before. Blamed the computer. Do not like it when they insist I wrong and they are right. He acted like I was lying.

Steve Pecos oil change

As always,... GREAT SERVICE!! I brought my Tundra in for an oil change and no one tried to high pressure sell me anything! Although I have a few recommendations expected for 242,000 miles!! Thanks Todd, Richard and all the Great people at LHM Toyota!

Bad experience

In the market for a new Tacoma I found what I was looking for at LHM. I was clear in the buying process I did not want my credit run from anyone besides my credit union. During the buying process I discovered they had run my credit 9 different times and none were from the CU I was a manner of. Additionally, having my two youngest boys with me I called before coming in to sign papers to confirm the truck was ready and all that was needed were signatures. They confirmed, saying the process wouldn’t take any longer than about 1/2 an hour. 2 1/2 hours later my boys were melting down. 4 hours later everything was done and I’m happy with the truck but super disappointed with the BS of this dealership. It was one lie over another apology. I still took delivery because I wanted a new, not used truck and the Cíty I live in didn’t have other options, terrible. I love the truck but loathe the dealership.

Service

They seem to do good work and so far I’ve been pretty happy with them. This time though they did some extra work, it took them about 45 minutes but they charged me labor for both items that they did. How can 45 min be charged $195?

15k service and alignment

Super fast and convenient with pleasant employees appreciated the short waiting time and the offer to wash my truck for free it was a positive experience overall
