My go to place. Have taken care of my Prius forever. Professional. Explain clearly and take their time to be sure it's done correctly. Highly recommend.

I was satisfy with the work done on my truck.

My review is I was greatly satisfy with the service rendered to me, the day I purchased my Tacoma truck. I didn’t realized that I had purchased a used vehicle. That would be the mistake I made. Otherwise, I enjoy my purchase from LHM.

Oil change and fix bumper cover under warranty

32000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and don’t want to fix a bumper cover clip that clearly was broken on date of delivery. I work a lot of hours at my job and it’s hard for me to get in because my schedule is hard. The supervisor Tim is never there on Saturday.

Oil change part ordered

Part was ordered for my vehicle. Received phone call that part was in. Requested quote and was told that I would receive a phone call. Never received phone call, called back 3 times and still have not received phone call with quote for part and labor.

2020 Santa Fe purchase. Great experience.

Hannah Banana Martinez was GREAT !!! Very straightforward and professional but at the same time very personable. Loved the entire process. I usually hate going to dealerships but this was very different.

Great service for an unexpected issue.

Recently had my 2015 Tacoma serviced for paint peeling off one of the doors. They provided me with a loaner during the ten days they had my truck, that was nice. The paint repair was very good, you'd never know it had an issue before. The employees I interacted with were very professional and courteous. The only thing I was disappointed with was my it had snowed twice while my truck was away and obviously it had been parked outside during the service, upon picking up my truck it was quite dirty and had not been washed, plus the service area was already closed at the time. Oh, well, still a good outcome. Very happy with the end result.
