Stop the haggling

It's not that I wouldn't recommend this dealer, I would't recommend any dealer because buying a car is a waste of time. I wish the haggling would stop. Put a price on the car and sell it at that price, like CarMax does. I don't want to spend weeks arguing over what is a fair price. No one likes this, so why do dealerships continue to do it? Please save us and you all that time and hassle. Also, watch for fees added in at nearly the last minute. We were about to sign and then noticed a $198 anti-theft charge that we didn't want. The facility is nice, Toyota is great, the dealership average, but they make the buying process awful.

First time

Excellent customer svc from Adrian Medina. , This was my first time at this dealership as we have just moved to ABQ. Looking forward to future visits... Only issue was there where employees in the service bay when I dropped of the vehicle using bad language. It was not the best first impression, especially for my 11 year old daughter. Nevertheless, excellent experience with Adrian.

Service Recall

Recall call center was hard to understand as always that is a given. Cheyenne at LHM American friendly and helpful. GiseleI? LHM America I think that was what her name was. She was hard to understand she should just quit if she hate her job that much. Drop off was not good you fill out clip board and that it. No on talks to you. No info is given to you. They ask if you are staying or come back for the car well if you gave me some kind of information I could answer that. I had to call Cheyenne again to find out about when the car would be done and the top secret information about the other recall that I asked about several times and everyone dance around giving me information about. That end up not even applying to me. I do not have a rating for quality for repair until the airbag goes off and I hope that I am never in accident to find out. Your Review options are poor also. Service or Repair is a main choice but you can't pick Service for Employee you worked with. If you are going to offer a refreshment area at least kept it up all day when I went in the afternoon the was one smashed doughnut and to sad pieces of fruit what are the customers in the afternoon not as importation as the ones in the morning.

Lease maintenance

The staff at LHM were great. They were all friendly and fast. Service was fast. Dropped my car off at 930 that morning and I got a call by 12pm to pick up.

Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for oil change...

I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation, and that was with an appointment! I usually don't wait more than an hour. I'm wondering if I should try Jiffy Lube next time. I purchased my car from Larry Miller, and I would definitely recommend them for a car purchase, but not for service if you mind waiting for an extended period.

Oil changes shouldn’t take this long!

It’s ridiculous to wait two hours for an oil change when the oil change was scheduled ahead of time! The waiting area was cold and drafty because the doors from the drop off area open directly into the waiting area. I also had my speedometer repaired and the technician tripped the odometer! Needless to say, several hundred dollars later my speedometer still doesn’t work and no apologies for tripping the odometer.

Great new car shopping experience

Shopped at the dealer’s website first to find the 4Runner in the trim I wanted, then was contacted by a sales rep to set up an appointment. Dealt with two very professional and friendly employees in a very fair and honest customer focused process.

Oil Change

Made an appointment. Still waited 2 hours for an oil change. Process was okay, however I don’t understand why it took so long for a basic maintenance service.

Random suggestions for service

Went in for an oil change, and it was recommended I flush the brake fluid and change the engine and cabin air filters. The brake fluid was done at this same dealer in Dec 2019, and I changed out the cabin air filter the week before. They did not even look at my car for these things, nor did they check the history. I had a front brake issue, which they said there was nothing wrong with them when they rotated my tires. the car is at a local shop getting new brakes as I type. Not a happy customer after they destroyed my trust in them today.

Excellent Service

Outstanding service. Always consistent and informative. TV and free soft drinks are a plus. I have had my Tundra serviced here for 8 years. Friendly staff.
