Horrible service appointment.

Horrible service appointment. Long wait to speak to service rep even though I had an appointment. Over 4 hour wait for routine maintenance to be completed. Invoice had to be run 3 times to correct prices to match quoted prices. Service rep was inexperienced and/or not knowledgeable.

The service was great but the wait was too long.

The service was great but the wait was too long. Five hours for oil change is verylong. I will definitely going back to the dealership. I hope the waiting time will improve. Thank you

For an oil chance and tire replacement. It took me 4 hours to retrieve my car and I went as soon as they opened. Only giving lower rating due to how long it took.

Excellent experience.

Excellent experience. I was able to get a prompt appointment, and I was seen on time. I appreciate the extra effort to help get a loaner. I was updated regularly while my car was in the shop, and costs were transparent. Checkout was smooth too, very friendly staff.

Brought our BMW in to get the headlight reprogrammed.

Brought our BMW in to get the headlight reprogrammed. They stated they had to remove the whole bumper to check the light connection because the program was failing to connect. They charged us $1300 to remove the whole front bumper, just to realize it was just a bad fuse. The fuse should've been checked first. The fuse should have been one of the first checks they did…but instead they went full extreme because they wanted to milk us for a much as they could. I know this won’t go far and most folks including the dealership won’t care, but this is such a scam and rip off. Because if there overzealous ambition to make money, they charged us $1300 for a fuse! It’s sad because living in the DMV area, there not a lot of authorized BMW dealerships. This shop has locked up the area and can over charge and charge for things they shouldn’t need to do, just to make a fast $1300.
