Historically I have been pleased with the dealership

Historically I have been pleased with the dealership (specifically the service department). Recently, I was not impressed. Some of the issues are out of the dealerships hands (parts on backorder for vehicles that have a know transmission problem - this is a whole different issue). No courtesy car..... no parts.... no timeline.... I found the part # (that was supposedly on backorder) online and offered to have it overnighted to the dealership (really needed my truck back on the road). Out of nowhere they magically came up with the part and it seemed like things started moving. As someone that has been pretty loyal to Chevy over the years, I simply feel that they didn't prioritize getting my vehicle back on the road. This is now the second time that my 2022 truck has broken down with parts on backorder. Doubtful I would purchase another Chevy at this point.

Kenny Lopez really worked hard to find the right truck

Kenny Lopez really worked hard to find the right truck for my situation, he went beyond on site inventory to find the truck for me. We then worked on the trade in for my Ram, signed the paperwork and boom new car keys.

Bought my first truck here in 2014.

Bought my first truck here in 2014. It was a great ride and the sales staff great. Just bought a 2023 and I am amazed how it handles. Andy the salesman was excellent. He helped me with anything I needed. I would recommend stingray Chevrolet.

After dropping my vehicle off on a Monday after

After dropping my vehicle off on a Monday after experiencing the same issue with my vehicle several times before I was told by Ben that they could not do warranty work on my vehicle at 14000 miles because the code P0202 was stored in history and they could not CCND. So I got an Uber and picked up my vehicle on Tuesday. Wednesday morning my vehicle did the same thing as the prior visit. It took me 30 min longer to revisit the the same dealership for the same problem. But at this time the same P0202 was current and the check engine light was on. This time Ben put me down as a waiter even though the misfire and multiple other lights and reduced power was not currently happening but the check engine light was illuminated still had the same P0202 which 100% leads to cylinder 2 injector electrical problem. But anyhow after 5 visits to the dealership in 1 week plus an Uber ride I feel the original history code plus the same current code after missing work again was finally resolved. History codes and freeze frame data are there for a reason.
