I was able to buy my first car from my friend who works at the FIAT dealership even though I was buying a Jeep. I found the Jeep online at the Heritage website and the dealership had someone go pick up the car to bring it to the dealership where I was. Though this took some time, it was much easier waiting for the car than searching for it on my own. My dad and I were at the dealership for 5 hours (pain in the butt I'm sure) but my friend was able to sell us the car and we basically got the price we wanted. Everyone was really easy to work with and were very cooperative and nice. My first experience buying a car was a great one! This dealership is very customer-oriented. Highly recommend!!

Just kidding it's not Papa Johns it's Heritage Dealership in Owings Mills. The service was great! I was helped by a sales person named Amy. She was great showing me the models I was interested in. The test drives went pretty smooth as well. She had a great attitude and really made me feel at ease... She was very knowledgeable as well. Who remembers the VIN numbers and can tell what type of car it is, SHE CAN! Amazing!!! I was interested in a used model but wound up buying a new one for just a little more than what I expected so it was all worth it! She made my buying experience great and fun! Thanks Amy! The staff made the buying process very easy. They worked with us in every way to make sure we got what we wanted at a price that we could afford and originally requested. Once an agreement was met, the paperwork was fast and straight forward. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership. The waiting area is comfortable and if you have children, there is also a place for them as well. A+ facility all the way.
