no cosistencey in the repair department 10 or more managers in my time does not give confidence ha ha talk about confidence you asked for a report on at least 5 people who are no longer there

Mark was very helpful, fast, friendly and professional. They have my parts order for my Tiguan right away, went above and beyond my concern on my car. Got me a free carwash that was special!!! its the Best service Dept. in the Valley!!!

I purchased a Tiguan at the dealership with the navigator...

I purchased a Tiguan at the dealership with the navigator broken. Thought it was a settings issue but turned out it was the sensor. The service manager tried to blame me for the broken sensor but I was promised the repair when purchased. I had to go to the dealership manager for the reconciliation of the repair. And as promised the repair was fixed and my new 2019 Tiguan is in prefect order. I do understand that some people want things free but I was promised that they would repair the item. If it was buy as is and they said at the beginning that I would have to pay for the repair I would have taken that into consideration when purchasing the vehicle.

The service representative (forgot name) was the best rep that went and beyond my concerns on my car. He squeezed my 2019 Tiguan to have the battery replaced in less than two hours.

The service shop goes truly above and beyond to provide excellent service at a time where everything is over booked and under staffed. Even though appointments are booked through the end of the year they took my car on the spot and got what needed done in a relatively fast time all things considered and even gave me a discount on the final bill.
