The company fraudulent sold me the truck never mentioned that the vehicle had a rebuilt title and lied about the dot registrations, the ended up buying the vehicle back but never paid back my down payment.

I’ll be honest, car shopping isn’t something I typically enjoy, and I haven’t met many salespeople I’ve liked. That said, Michael Mondesi was a clear exception. I had visited the same dealership previously and chose not to move forward because of a poor sales experience. Mike completely changed that. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for before walking me through the available options on the lot. He provided detailed, thoughtful explanations of each vehicle, which ultimately helped me narrow my decision to a AMG GLS 63 SUV. We love it. There was absolutely no pressure, just honest guidance focused on helping me make the best decision for me and my family. When the time comes to replace my BMW, I’ll be going back to Michael. Thanks again for a job well done, Fletcher Jones is lucky to have you. I didn't use any financing and picked my vehicle up at the dealership. The process was super smooth--very impressive. Rafael made this entire experience exceptional. I originally came in just to look at a different car, but he took the time to really understand what I was looking for and showed me an amazing option that instantly brought me back to my early 30s. Beyond disappointed with Fletcher Jones. I went in to purchase a $200k car and was told that 1) I couldn't test drive it because they don't test drive those cars and 2) the sticker price of $200k was not actually the price because Fletcher Jones adds a $50k mark up as a dealer fee. So basically they want to charge me $50k to buy a car that I can't drive until I buy it. This is crazy to me. I have purchased several high line cars and I have never had this type of experience. Aston Martin lets you test drive $200k cars. Land Rover lets you test drive $200k cars. BENTLEY lets you test drive $300k cars. But Fletcher Jones? Nope....So I am headed out of state to buy the Mercedes I want because Fletcher Jones is CRAZY. I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to buy from them.

Five Star Failure! Very unfortunate. I bought my first car out of High School from Fletcher Jones in Reno. 'Back in the Day' they were the Best Dealership in town. Today, not so much. Their online sales is non-existent. I couldn't get an 'e-Price.' I couldn't enter my information to get an online trade-in quote. I couldn't do anything online. Even the online e-mail to the General Manager and Sales Manager did not generate any response. If a local business wants local support they should deserve it. Fletcher Jones does not. I had to use CarGurus to find a similar G63, that was $25,000 less expensive, with more features, and delivered to my door, and came with a 6 year unlimited warranty! I hate giving money to another State but when a local business doesn't even try to earn my business, well, I guess they won't be here for very long. Not promoting Cargurus or Carvana but this is the 21st Century, right? Shop Smart!
