Five Star Failure!

Five Star Failure! Very unfortunate. I bought my first car out of High School from Fletcher Jones in Reno. 'Back in the Day' they were the Best Dealership in town. Today, not so much. Their online sales is non-existent. I couldn't get an 'e-Price.' I couldn't enter my information to get an online trade-in quote. I couldn't do anything online. Even the online e-mail to the General Manager and Sales Manager did not generate any response. If a local business wants local support they should deserve it. Fletcher Jones does not. I had to use CarGurus to find a similar G63, that was $25,000 less expensive, with more features, and delivered to my door, and came with a 6 year unlimited warranty! I hate giving money to another State but when a local business doesn't even try to earn my business, well, I guess they won't be here for very long. Not promoting Cargurus or Carvana but this is the 21st Century, right? Shop Smart!

If you are attempting to purchase anything from these people on line good luck! Contacted them to purchase a vehicle 24 hours ago took 4 hours to get confirmation of the vehicle then provided all information requested before they opened the next day in their formate on their links they provided called repeatedly to get status on purchase and then was told a local made an appointment to view the vehicle and they get first option for purchase 6 hours after they opened. They should have completed the sale to me by this point but because I was out of state the local lead was the priority and I could have second fiddle. It was not a credit or price issue as they never bothered to attempt to put a deal together in the six plus hours they had my information and I never attempted to haggle on the price. They just do not seem to want to sale out of state though it is a huge part of the advertising. So unless you are local good luck!

It was a very good experience, the car was detailed and fully gassed waiting for us, paperwork was done before we got there so it was waiting for us to sign and drive 👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I had an incredible experience buying my new Mercedes-Benz AMG EQE from Fletcher Jones. The entire team was outstanding from start to finish. Alex (GSM) kept everything running smoothly. Chris (Sales Manager) was honest, sharp, and easy to work with. Doris (Finance Director) and Ahmad (Finance Manager) made the finance process fast, clear, and stress-free. Parker Powers, my sales consultant, was hands-down the best I’ve ever worked with — knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on making everything perfect. Will in Parts even stepped in with top-notch service post-sale. This is what buying a luxury car should feel like. If you're in the market for a Mercedes, go to Fletcher Jones. You won’t regret it.

Start by saying I loved my sales rep Lois she is very knowledgeable and super sweet! For everyone else who you have to deal with after her not inviting! I wouldn’t recommend nobody coming this dealership! Also don’t bother calling you can NEVER get someone on the phone who knows what they are doing! You’ll get transferred then sent to a voicemail to which they NEVER call you back! I’ve never been late on any payment I did all my service things when needed money was never an issue but when I tell you when it came to them needing to their part it was xxxx they always had my car in the shop let’s start there! I would get the car out the shop 3x weeks later it’s back in the shop for another month! The dealership will keep saying the new cars are sensitive okay will then it should be a click of a button right why do you need to keep my car for a month then call and say you need to order parts! My airbag sign would come on with no one sitting in my car! I had rattling noises you would have thought I had a truck nope just a coupe! I have pictures and videos of everything! Service papers all of the above! I will write a letter to the company and express everything in details on what this location is about & the company in general is xxxxxxxx! They don’t make good cars! Also Laroyne in Service very great guy & if he doesn’t know something he will find out! Danielle was the first service advisor I had! We did not click she was very dismissive and didn’t really care to hear what your issues were with the car so they switched me and since then what he (LaRyon) was able to understand and help with he did!

Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz is a terrific dealership!

Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz is a terrific dealership! Artem, our sales rep, was absolutely outstanding. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars sold there. We ordered our car and even though we had to wait a few months, it was well worth the wait. We got what we wanted and are delighted with it. The whole process - sales, order, purchase, technology briefing - was extremely well done!

GLK350 Service Date (B7) dated 2.18.2025. I really like John Cough of Service Department was very friendly and helpful and while waiting for my car I went to the store and my ride the driver was very friendly back and forth. I did not wait too long and the services was done and I’m very happy and satisfied. Fletcher Jones Import team are the best !!! Thank you.

The car buying experience at Fletcher Jone Imports was outstanding. I want to thank Winston Morgan is a very professional sales consultant. He went above and beyond delivering on my expectations. I have been a Land Rover customer for over 15 years. Land Rover has a terrible service department. Because of Fletcher Jones great service department I am now buying a Mercedes. My wife has been a Mercedes owner for over 20 years. Her service advisor, Dennis Eich is the reason why I am now a proud Mercedes owner.

Top notch service and they really care about finding the

Top notch service and they really care about finding the right fit for you! My sales consultant was Lois Greer and I highly recommend her. She made the process of selecting, test driving, financing and buying my car effortless! The drawback is I'm not allowed to select 6 stars on this review! :)
