We had a great experience at Fletcher Jones. Rafael Menendez was a true professional and puts his customers first. We found the right car for our budget. Thanks to him my daughter will have a birthday to remember!

Great service team.

Great service team. John Clough always takes great care of us and our vehicles. The girls in the loaner department are pretty awesome too!

Rafael made this entire experience exceptional.

Rafael made this entire experience exceptional. I originally came in just to look at a different car, but he took the time to really understand what I was looking for and showed me an amazing option that instantly brought me back to my early 30s. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We wrapped everything up quickly and I was on the road in record time. I truly appreciate his help and professionalism, and I hope he keeps me in mind when more of those one-off special cars come in! If you’d like it to be shorter, more energetic, or more formal.

Beyond disappointed with Fletcher Jones.

Beyond disappointed with Fletcher Jones. I went in to purchase a $200k car and was told that 1) I couldn't test drive it because they don't test drive those cars and 2) the sticker price of $200k was not actually the price because Fletcher Jones adds a $50k mark up as a dealer fee. So basically they want to charge me $50k to buy a car that I can't drive until I buy it. This is crazy to me. I have purchased several high line cars and I have never had this type of experience. Aston Martin lets you test drive $200k cars. Land Rover lets you test drive $200k cars. BENTLEY lets you test drive $300k cars. But Fletcher Jones? Nope....So I am headed out of state to buy the Mercedes I want because Fletcher Jones is CRAZY. I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to buy from them.

Five Star Failure!

Five Star Failure! Very unfortunate. I bought my first car out of High School from Fletcher Jones in Reno. 'Back in the Day' they were the Best Dealership in town. Today, not so much. Their online sales is non-existent. I couldn't get an 'e-Price.' I couldn't enter my information to get an online trade-in quote. I couldn't do anything online. Even the online e-mail to the General Manager and Sales Manager did not generate any response. If a local business wants local support they should deserve it. Fletcher Jones does not. I had to use CarGurus to find a similar G63, that was $25,000 less expensive, with more features, and delivered to my door, and came with a 6 year unlimited warranty! I hate giving money to another State but when a local business doesn't even try to earn my business, well, I guess they won't be here for very long. Not promoting Cargurus or Carvana but this is the 21st Century, right? Shop Smart!

If you are attempting to purchase anything from these people on line good luck! Contacted them to purchase a vehicle 24 hours ago took 4 hours to get confirmation of the vehicle then provided all information requested before they opened the next day in their formate on their links they provided called repeatedly to get status on purchase and then was told a local made an appointment to view the vehicle and they get first option for purchase 6 hours after they opened. They should have completed the sale to me by this point but because I was out of state the local lead was the priority and I could have second fiddle. It was not a credit or price issue as they never bothered to attempt to put a deal together in the six plus hours they had my information and I never attempted to haggle on the price. They just do not seem to want to sale out of state though it is a huge part of the advertising. So unless you are local good luck!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I had an incredible experience buying my new Mercedes-Benz AMG EQE from Fletcher Jones. The entire team was outstanding from start to finish. Alex (GSM) kept everything running smoothly. Chris (Sales Manager) was honest, sharp, and easy to work with. Doris (Finance Director) and Ahmad (Finance Manager) made the finance process fast, clear, and stress-free. Parker Powers, my sales consultant, was hands-down the best I’ve ever worked with — knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on making everything perfect. Will in Parts even stepped in with top-notch service post-sale. This is what buying a luxury car should feel like. If you're in the market for a Mercedes, go to Fletcher Jones. You won’t regret it.
