Kieran was very professional and expedited my service the day I came in. I was very impressed by his ability to deal with my problem. I have scheduled another appointment for my routine maintenance and look forward to him assisting me then.

Kerain was my representative and was very kind professional and knowledgeable. Another couple customers were there at the same time waiting for there appointment and they were very rude invasive and impatient while Kerain was trying to help me. Just because they may be rich certainly doesn't make them entitled .

I'd been thinking, ho-hum need to spend the day getting the car serviced, sigh. HOWEVER, it turned out to be a really fun day with great laughs, and my car was spotless. Kieran is the best! I'd give him more stars if I could. He was able to answer all my questions, in detail. He is absolutely knowledgeable on my car, services, warranties, etc., AND has a great personality. I felt totally safe driving away, with the clean car being a great extra. When I got home, I said I'd almost like to go right back for another service appointment just to be able to deal with Kieran again. :). The waiting area was clean and neat and I even made a new friend there too.

Helpful, courteous service when I brought in my RX 450h with 130,000 miles on it and a “check hybrid system” light on. They were very busy, but worked me in, got me a loaner, and diagnosed the need for a new battery. 3 days later I am now comfortable I will get another 100,000 miles from this RX.
