Terrific Service on a Timeline - Very Helpful for

Personable - efficient process - great service. Debra was truly helpful and ensured our whole experience was first rate. Dolan is a great dealership for us and the Reno area.

Great service as always

Great Service

Our service advisor, Nikolai, was a pleasure to work with for the first servicing of the vehicle we purchase from Dolan this past winter. He made everything easy and understandable for both me and my wife. Highly recommend this dealership and Nikolai L.

Time to purchase previously leased car

At the end of our lease it was time to decide whether or not to purchase the car. Kymberly be worked with us. I would especially recommend her.

Kieran was so helpful, everything went smoothly even the factory recall. I just pulled in, handed off my keys and he took care of everything.

Great customer service while getting car serviced.

Wait time for oil change was sooner than I expected. Stephanie was great about keeping me informed. Very nice & kind. Will definitely be coming back for additional scheduled services.

Routine maintenance and service. All went well .

Routine service and all went well. Wait time was more than anticipated, but I understand some employees called in sick and that’s understandable. Overall excellent rating.

4.5 hours in dealership

Debra my service rider was fantastic but the dealership had no loaner cars I was in the dealership 4.5 hours and could not go home because I live 1.5 hours away the dealership had no cars. They had originally told me my navigation update would take two hours. So I would rate Debra a 5 dealership a 3.
