Could not ask for better service. NX300 is like a new SUV. Julie, my service writer, is the best. Wouldn’t use anyone else Highly recommend Dolan Lexus. The best!!

Service department- Excellent customer service
SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY: the customer service I’ve received from SERVICE ADVISORS have been consistently above and beyond. Thank you Nikolai for being communicative throughout my cars service and for providing excellent customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately my experience was not as positive in the sales department hence why I purchased out of state.

Listened and cared to help
Took my car in for repair. Listened to me. Couldn’t duplicate the noise/event. Provided me a loaner 4 4 days as they tried to duplicate the problem. Finally did, determine the outcome which was a hassle free choice of buy tires and an alignment from them or go to a tire store. Extremely responsive and helpful

Great customer service.
Debra is the service writer that takes care of me, she does a great job, the whole dealership always looks out for me. My experience with Lexus is fantastic, no reason to buy anything else, a very high quality product.

Great service department
Service department was great. Had 90000 check up repair of headlight problem and coolant leak. Was given a loaner car while mine being repaired. Would recommend them.

Top Notch Service
I opted for an extended service plan when I bought my RX350 a year ago, and because I drive a lot I’ve visited the dealership several times now for routine service. Every time I am treated with the utmost respect. Amenities include an espresso bar, which I appreciate. When my car is ready I can count on it to be thoroughly washed

You not only get a great car, you get great service. Free car washes, coffee and donuts ( precovid). Some options to park your car when flying out of Reno Airport. A service advisor who will return your calls!
