Great Experience
We did the banking through them and got a great deal. They were quick and we had the car checked out and it got a great score. We haven't had any issues with the car.

Honest and worked with me
I am working on my credit and in need of a vehicle that I could rely on. Richard got me just that. He does not honor his warranty left behind in and I have to
Bought a vehicle with a lot of problems but it back to them and got a lot more problems the mechanics don't know nothing they're very poor Paul the skilled and the owner is hit-and-run take the money and run he told me point blank he will not fix have to take to court truck did run and died four times they do not have any knowledge with dissel motors they were just hopping to get lucky and hopped the warranty would expire and the slidding door had to fix and pay body shop to fix door plus truck was inspected poorly and john jones mislead finance people wrong told them it was a passenger van and it is a cargo van I just want $4500 which I had laid out already or it will be court and more money.

Mr. Houston, I am sorry that you feel this way, especially since this is the third vehicle you bought from us. Since JTL sells all makes and models, JTL's mechanics work on all makes and models. And yes, you are right, JTL has not seen/worked on many other diesel sprinters, and so my mechanics are not experts on your vehicle. Because of this fact, JTL paid another shop to diagnose and calibrate the DEF system. Your vehicle had stored codes for the level sensor of your DEF system and the vehicle thought it was empty when in fact it was full. Going off these codes JTL replaced the level sensor and had everything recalibrated and the vehicle was running with no codes. I then told you that we believe the vehicle is repaired but you must drive it to ensure completion. Further, when your vehicle failed you had already put about 2,600 miles on it. Also, you bought no extended warranty and knew that you only had a lemon law limited warranty. Under this warranty there is absolutely no coverage of the DEF system, but JTL did and was willing to cover the repairs anyway because you are a good customer of ours and we wanted you to be satisfied. So JTL attempted to fix your truck and thought the part we put in was the correct repair, but I guess there is another problem. JTL would have gladly worked on the vehicle again and would have eventually fixed your vehicle. But, instead of letting JTL work on the vehicle again, you came in accused me of not fixing anything. Further, you wrote JTL a check for part of the repair in the amount of $521.00 and then you put a stop payment on it. You then wanted me to work on your truck again and not pay me anything. I explained to you that I would gladly work on your vehicle but that you must pay JTL the money you already agreed to pay us. I find it a bit hypocritical that you say "the owner is hit-and-run take the money and run", person, when in fact you wrote a check and canceled it, and thus took the money and ran. JTL will still like to assist you in the repair of your vehicle, but you must stand by your word (i.e. check) and pay us what you agreed to pay us before any further repairs will be honored. Lastly, the bank receives all the proper paperwork including the VIN which describes the vehicle. John Jones
