Eric is the best manager who cares about his customers. Nothing but respect for him. He did a quick fix and made sure my mother and I were not stranded. Big thanks to Carmine as well. You guys are awesome.

I would recommend JTL auto sales to anyone that is looking for a used car. I dealt with two of the sales associates. Rich at the Selden location looking at the Nissan's and he took me out on a test drive on each of the cars and was very informative on all questions that I had. They have another location in Centereach and I went and look at a couple of cars there which was also on my list. Well I must say Brian was very helpful. I found my car there as it was in my price range. I never once as being a female felt like I was being taking for a ride. From the credit dept to the mangers they all made me feel like family. I give them a 10 star rating. Looking for a used car you should go and check them out at either locations in Selden and Centereach...

This was my first time buying a car and jtl made it so easy and they were so nice and helpful. They were also very honest, and true to their word. I have since recommended them to multiple friends looking to buy a car!

The sales team at JTL Auto Sales is awesome! They have always gone above and beyond to make sure that we've gotten into the vehicle we wanted! We got our first vehicle from them in March 2016 which I absolutely loved! Due to some freak accident of someone who we think was texting and driving they hit our van this April 2017 while it was parked outside of my office. Once the insurance company finally gave us our checks my husband went down to see what they had available and the next day he showed up at my office with our new SUV.

AJ was easy to work with. Still have a few open items that need to be addressed on the vehicle, but I am confident they will get resolved. Will follow up once issues are resolved.

Went in to "look" and was not overly optimistic that I would even be able to purchase a vehicle due to lack of a credit history being self employed. I told Carmine I was just looking and didn't want to waste his time as I was unsure if I was a credit worthy customer. He made me feel more then comfortable and offered to just look into possibilities for me. Two days later I was driving away with a BEAUTIFUL Chevy Traverse with low mileage and all the options I could ever hope for! I received credit with a great interest rate and the maximum trade in amount for my older vehicle. Eric the manager was more then kind and helpful in every step from beginning to end. All of my concerns and questions were answered promptly and communication was always great. I would highly recommend JTL to anyone looking for a pre owned vehicle and an honest dealership! They made the buying experience a smooth process and everyone I dealt with was pleasant from start to finish! I will definitely be going back to JTL for other family members when the time comes and a new vehicle is needed!

Salesman AJ is terrific. He was looking for a car for me for about a year and when he finally found the right one he called me and I bought it. Financing was easy and John did everything he could to get the best possible rate. I highly recommended JTL.

From the second we walked in, to now we had a great experience financing a car. Richard helped us find a car within our price range and Eric helped with the loan. They were very friendly and treated us like family. My boyfriend even used Carmines Rubik's cube while we were waiting!
