Great inventory, interacting w sellers is horrible
I found a wide variety of inventory, esp since I was open to buying a vehicle anywhere in the US. Once I contacted sellers, I was hammered by SPAM. I'd send very specific Qs about the rig and never received an answer from 2 private sellers I contacted. When I sent Q to the dealer sellers, they wouldn't answer my Qs but send me financing offers and emails with pages of characters, leave voice mail every days - but never provided the info I requested. Overall, a waste of my time.

Great salesman that are not pushy
Very easy to work with They were great they went through all the paper work and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I have been to other dealers that were very push and got the run around. These guys were great I look forward to buying my next vehicle with them

I would absolutely recommend this dealership to ANYONE who is looking for a used car and is sick and tired of slick salesman. The staff at JTL Auto, Inc. are warm, welcoming and they NEVER pressure you into the wrong vehicle. Jeffrey helped me find the perfect vehicle and John got me an excellent loan with my bank. He even helped me understand everything in my contract and answered all my questions. They even have a mechanic shop onsite that you can go to if you have any problems down the road! Tommy, the head mechanic is extremely insightful and very good at fixing cars. Everyone over at JTL Auto is great and they make you feel like part of their family. I love you guys!!

We were very impressed with the dealer. They claim to be able to get anyone credit and with our, shall we say challenged, credit they got us a car loan with major bank and all within the parameters we asked for. The biggest challenge we had was making the decision about which car we really wanted to buy.
