we purchased a 12 passenger family van and all of our concerns were addressed! JTL went above and beyond for us. We can now go on our family vacation with peace of mind thanks to the very attentive staff at JTL Auto.

Not good

They left me stranded Memorial Day weekend with an overheating truck, leaking water pump and broken fan that I bought from them on March 10 2016. I called them numerous times regarding the smell of antifreeze starting 1 week after purchasing vehicle from them. Due to my work schedule I was unable to get to appointments they had available and on my days off they were unable to get me in. Finally I made appt on June 3rd took off that day before my 3 month warranty was up. On May 26th truck running hot and puddles of antifreeze under truck they still would not get me in. I got problem diagnosed and called them and they informed me that i was 180 miles over the 3,000 miles/3 month warranty meanwhile I'd been calling about it and told me it wasn't covered. Real good people. I would never recommend anyone or buy another vehicle feom them. I thought they were different considering how great they were when I was purchasing vehicle

Michelle, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that you are so unhappy. As you stated on March 10, 2016 you purchased this vehicle. It was sold to you with 126,916 miles on the odometer. The first time we heard from you since purchasing this vehicle was when you called to say that the driver side rear brake light was not working and you thought that the struts were rusty. We scheduled an appointment for April 27, 2016. You said absolutely nothing about smelling antifreeze. You had to cancel that appointment due to a conflict with your work schedule. All calls received by the service department are documented along with a subject description, whether an appointment is made or not. Our records show no calls received from you, except for those mentioned in this response. In fact, we next heard from you on May 25, 2016 when you called to reschedule your appointment. That is when you said ‘but I think I have a bigger problem now.’ and that you just noticed a few drops of oil under your vehicle. This was the first mention of any oil or antifreeze problem. Following that, you had your friend or boyfriend looked at it and they did not think it was so bad. We then went ahead and set an appointment for service on June 1, 2016 and not June 3, 2016 as you state in your review. We advised you not to drive the vehicle to be on the safe side, but you said you needed to get some things done. You were then advised to check the oil regularly, since you were going to drive it, and to be aware of the oil gauge. On Friday May 27, 2016 in the early afternoon you called to say you were stuck. We went over options on how we could help you that day, but could not say for sure we could have your vehicle repaired by days’ end and you wanted your vehicle for the weekend. You called your friends, and a friend who was a mechanic and all, gave you their own diagnosis on what was wrong, based on what you told them was happening. The ended up you bringing the vehicle to a mechanic, who we believe you stated was your friend, who had told you it needed a water pump, and that he could do the job for $210.00. We did not leave you stranded at all. We can only do so much. If you would have brought the vehicle to us when you first called that day, perhaps we could have helped. We had a full shop with every lift already utilized. While we try to oblige everyone who needs service immediately, sometimes it just cannot be done. We believe that it certainly is not our fault that this happened when it did. You mention in your review that you were one hundred and eighty miles over your warranty. We will assume that since we never saw your vehicle, that this is correct. If you do not know, with all due respect, New York State Lemon Law does not require vehicles, that are sold with over one hundred thousand miles on the odometer, to have a dealer warranty. JTL Auto Inc. gives a three month or three thousand miles (whichever comes first) warranty to our customers that do purchase vehicles with over one hundred thousand miles covering everything that is stated in the New York State Lemon Law Guidelines for your vehicle. Additionally, extended warranties are available for purchase. We believe we are more than fair with this policy. That being said, we do strive to make all of our customers happy. Please call the service department and make arrangements to present your completed and paid repair bill. Upon review and approval, we will split the quoted $210.00 repair bill with you as a goodwill gesture.

very good communication and help

I had an overall great experience. The check engine light went on the day that I got it and i called and they took care of it right away. I recommend them to anyone who wants a good deal on a car.

GREAT dearship!

I have waited to write my review since I've been disappointment so many times with other businesses and thought this was too good to be true. Well, they are a wonderful business. They made the purchase so easier, no sales gimmicks, they worked very hard to get us the best interest rate for our loan, there were no surprises. After a month, I had an issue with my car and it needed servicing. I thought, ok, now we'll see. Well, again, it was easy, they communicated with me keeping me up to date and when I it was ready, I picked it up and no charges and it was fixed! Amazing! It's still running strong :) This is how businesses should be. I have recommended them to others who didn't believe it also. Then I told them my experience and they say "I'll have to go their the next time I need a car. " I will definitely go there when buying my next car. Who wouldn't!

Good dealership and service center

Overall nice dealership, and service center. Bought my honda pilot in January of 16. The Salman AJ was very nice and helpful. They helped me with financing and made the expierence easy. Have had to bring the truck in a couple of times for a few issues, but the service department was very good. They handled the repairs and kept me informed on what needed to be done.

This is my 2nd time doing business with JTL. I had to get out of the headache that I had and into something new ASAP. Jeff was a big help from the beginning when It all started with an email, to the end when I drove off! Everything happened in a reasonable amount of time and I really appreciate the help. JTL is AWESOME!!!!!

John, Edwin, Eric, Aj and the rest of the JTL staff are very professional and honest. So that is the reason i purchased a 2008 GMC SIERRA 3500HD from them. They stand by what they sell. Also the staff goes out of there way to make sure your buying experience with them is hassle free. There is simply no B's. When they tell you they are willing to take care of items on the vehicle you are buying and then some to make you more comfortable in buying the vehicle. That's over the top for me.
