I was leery about buying from a used car dealership but the Team at Jtl was great. After my purchase I notice that the winter floor mats were missing. I called Jtl and they said yes they should have been there and they would find out. Well a few days later they called me and said the detailer misplaced them and Jtl made good and got me another set . So far all has been good a month later! Hopefully this trend will continue . Thanks again Edwin ,Eric and the team at Jtl !!!
