MISREPRESENTED WARRANTY terms on a used car.

MISREPRESENTED WARRANTY terms on a used car. Bought 84 month(7 years)/100,000 mile extended warranty on 2018 Ford Edge that we purchased in 2021. The warranty expired 5/27/2025. We had the warranty a 2 months shy of 4 years, mileage 49,000 miles. It cost $4000. The service department guys are excellent! I will not buy a car here again!!

They are crooks.

They are crooks. They are all crooks. We bought a mock electric and they told us we would get a tax credit of $7500. They did not tell us if the engine was made in China we would not qualify. They covered up pertinent information in our loan of papers and added $10,000 to the back end of the loan I’ve called them numerous times they told us that if we came back in there, they would have us arrested do not go there do not buy anything from these people. They are bad they will ruin your life.

Claude Jones Hey y'all!

Claude Jones Hey y'all! If you buy a Mach E from these guys, and they try to sell you the Star Guard GPS theft system - beware! My Mach E has bricked once, they replaced the 12v battery, then about a month later all kinds of codes showed up on the screen advising to get service immediately. All Star kept the car several days, and when it was returned the Service department said the problem was the Star Guard system. They fixed it by disconnecting the Star Guard. I asked for my money back for Star Guard and Sales Management said no, I needed to talk to Star Guard to get a resolution. I have contacted Star Guard three times with no solution. All Star says I need to resolve with Star Guard. Seems to me if they sold it they should fix it if it won't work with the car!

The "Ford certified" claim is a lie.

The "Ford certified" claim is a lie. We bought an expedition from them had it for two weeks before the transmission started slipping and then a loud clunk. It's been in the shop now for almost a month. While in the shop they inspected the grinding noise of drivers side window and realized it was previously broken into and had broken glass in the door frame. So who knows what's next to break but I would stay far away from this place, they are crooked and sold us a lemon.

This dealership is dishonest.

This dealership is dishonest. They back dated documents. There is a 10 day law in California. They have 10 days to find you financing or notify you they want to cancel. This dealership sent me a letter stating that they want to cancel and the envelope it came in had a tracking number. Looked up the tracking info and tracking shows they mailed it on 5.28.2024 and they back dated the letter to 5.16.2024. I know that 5.21.2024 would have been 10 days.. I should have received the letter mailed no later than 5.21.2024. I went to return the car anyway and somehow the manager claimed it was funded 4 days after I signed and the purchase agreement & the cancellation letter was somehow an accident. Meanwhile they were still hard pulling my credit up until 5.25.2024. The dishonesty is insane. Manager claimed that he did not need to abide by their own letter of cancellation. The letter of cancellation was signed and this meant the sale was retracted. Mark claimed that they got my loan approved but Mark did not produce proof and told me to wait until 5 days before my first payment was due since that is when the loan company would send me a letter. Mark also stole the cancellation letter like I don't know how to make copies before going there. You can think twice about buying from this dealership.

Straight up high pressure grease.

Straight up high pressure grease. They are inflexible and outright lie. Sold me a car and swapped the terms and now im stuck with it because even though contract changed he was gonna push it through with or without my signature. Be warned.

Took my 2015 Edge for oil change and was told I have an

Took my 2015 Edge for oil change and was told I have an OIL LEAK and they will check it for $200. I only have 39,000 miles on it. It does NOT use any oil between oil changes and there is NO OIL on my driveway or garage floor!

Craig in Parts was amazing.

Craig in Parts was amazing. Researched and ordered what I needed. Was super helpful, kind, patient and all with a smile. When I asked, he said he'd been doing this for 40 years. Pretty rare to find this kind of service these days. Thanks Craig and All Star Ford.
