Service Advisor Anthony is excellent. He was very informative, communicated with me every step on what was being done and and the time frame the vehicle would be done. The technicians that worked on my truck were excellent and did a great job repairing the issues. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to All Star Ford.

I discovered that my email was typed wrong by Ford for
I discovered that my email was typed wrong by Ford for the Rewards Card from the beginning, so I don't know if I have ever received rewards on my vehicle repairs which totaled thousands of dollars. My husband got his truck rewards points. Also the repair was to replace the inside rear view mirror and I have to take it back for a second time because it is stuck and won't move. Does anybody double check their work or other's work? Thirdly, there is a 2,000 point rewards offer for a new battery and I got a new battery but I didn't get the Rewards points. Also they left my black car in the hot sun for hours on the day of pick up, so I could not get in my car or drive.

Thank you! The rear view mirror is fine, it's new, and I was used to an old loose one. Anthony showed me how it works because he realized I didn't know. So, the Service Techs did do a perfectly good job. I'll can call you about my Rewards Point, but I don't know if you can fix it at this point with your computer program. Next time, I'll make a point to tell the Rep not to leave my car in the sun. Thanks again for your attention to and help with this post. I sincerely appreciate it and at the end of the day, everything always turns out great with All Star Ford.
Thank you Debra for talking with me to let me know that my email is correct now and was correct in other parts of the program and that I actually have been getting my Rewards Points. Yay! I miss Ricki Lazzarini. Please tell him hello for me. He is such a nice n friendly young man, always gives 110%. Anthony was terrific as well and Austin was totally great too! This has turned out to be a wonderful experience for me and renewed my loyalty. You all did Ford proud!

I always feel valued. I never feel like I am a burden to their workload. The service via the app wasn't super thorough, but Frank was able to adjust my request according to how I explained my concerns. I needed my brakes inspected before my trip to Tahoe. I appreciate the help I get from this dealership!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have been working with ASF for the last 7 months on acquiring hybrid cars for the company I work for. To date, I have purchased a total of 11 cars, 1 van, and leased 5 cars. I will be going there again next week to lease 5 more. This last weekend, I pulled the trigger on an F-150 for me personally. The experience I've had was nothing short of excellent. Here are some of the pros that I experienced with ASF: 1. Friendly and professional staff. 2. Competitive, fair pricing and great inventory. 3. Ease of doing business with them. 4. Service above anything. 5. Simply, great genuine human beings. 6. Caring, knowledgeable, and did I mention friendly? Cons: 0 zero, zilch, nada. Special kudos and thanks to: Jhosseline, Kyhan, Rob, Chris, Mike, Luis. You guys are making all the difference there and I hope that your owner knows it. Thank you for all you have done for me and I look forward to doing more business with you for many years to come.

The Worst!
Save your money, time and stress, do not buy here! All promises of good services, free car rental available, etc. When we need it, it is all a different story, all fake promises. After 20 years being a ford client, I am leaving it. No one deserves irresponsibility and careless. Do not trust them or disappointment will be at your way. The good services and care with clients are gone! Very disappointed
