I have worked with Pacific BMW for the last 7 years and it has been a true pleasure. They always make the experience exciting and enjoyable. Adees specifically has been so informative and really worked with me on all of my options, allowing me to make the best decision for myself!

Overall experience was very positive. I purchased from out of state and Greg helped by recording walk-arounds of the car. I did not actually see the car in person so the video was helpful in my decision making process. The paperwork was all handled digitally, but we had some paperwork that required a "wet signature because I wasn't able to sign it digitally due to technical issues. The finance department overnighted the docs which expedited the process. I think the service was on par with a luxury dealership. Doing everything online and over text is bit nerve-wracking for a $85K car, but the team made everything very seamless and efficient.

I came here for positive review for Harut salesman (Armenian)Pacific bmw).I upgraded my phone and was not able to connect to Bluetooth to my card connection. Called several times no one was able to figure out until today I was transferred to Harout he was so nice professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for all your help and give him raise and he is a keeper.

I have purchased multiple cars at many dealerships. This is my 4th BMW. I can definitely say this was my best shopping experience. James Kim was polite, professional, and aware of my time. The time spent discussing my needs was well spent. Everything from the test drive to showing me the features and benefits was positive. He gave me his cell phone number to call him if I had any questions on how to use any of the high tech equipment. I had lots! I would be happy to work with James again in the future.
