James Kim made the entire experience of purchasing my new X6 smooth and enjoyable. He struck the perfect balance—low pressure, yet fully engaged throughout the process. Since we were driving in from South Orange County, he made sure everything was ready for us, which we really appreciated. One thoughtful touch that stood out was having a charger ready for my wife’s car right next to the X6 we came to see. That level of attention doesn’t go unnoticed. James is extremely knowledgeable about BMWs and took the time to walk us through everything without rushing. On the finance side, Lucy was warm, professional, and very thorough, making that part of the process just as seamless. Pacific BMW is a bit of a drive for us, but the experience made it absolutely worth it.
