My rep gave my purchase a great experience. The only negative thing I had was that the wyfi is very slow so it took a lot of time when I looking up information I needed for my loan and also setting up my application on my phone

This is either a scam dealership or they just don’t know

This is either a scam dealership or they just don’t know what they're doing. I attempted to purchase a NX 450 at full MSRP. I decided to purchase the car via Lexus’s Monogram program but was talked out of it, first red flag. They ran a credit check and I put down a deposit via credit card and waited for the car to come in, when the car arrived, I was called and mailed the paperwork. I was going to pay for the car in full with a cashiers check but they made me fill out a credit application anyway, they said this was in case the cashiers check bounced, second red flag. They sent me a document "Statement of delivery outside California” that I was to sign and have notarized even though it was not being delivered outside of California, I was told the was just to verify my identity, third red flag. I was also sent and told to sign the “ “Statement pursuant to section 6247 of the California sales and use tax law” which states that this vehicle will be delivered to me at an out-of -state address and if I bring the car back into the state of California I may owe use tax, fourth red flag. The finance manager Michelle told me they're a big company and that I had to sign that document or we couldn’t move forward, and that was it for me. To be clear I paid California sales tax, lic and registration on top of MSRP, I live in California, the car would be delivered to me in California and the dealership is in California. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC for them trying to have me sign a false statement and have it notarized. FYI Beverly Hills Lexus is selling the same car for $3100 off MSRP but in a different color. Ontario Lexus sucks, with the exception of Oscar, he was the only person that I had confidence in.

I sent the general manager two emails and left two phone messages and got no response. Beware, Crown Lexus automatically adds Identity theft protection and $5000 of insurance if your car is stolen to every car for $149. FYI, I was trying to buy a car not identity theft protection. Typical slimy car dealership, do yourself a favor and purchase your car somewhere else.

The salesperson. Abrl, was helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable about the Lexus brand. He patiently explained the technology of the vehicle and provided his personsl cell number should questions arise.

My wife and I came in to take a look at a vehicle, and I have to say, Abel (salesman) was great to deal with. Extremely friendly, helpful, and was willing to accomdate us. When it came to talk numbers, the reason my wife and I chose to leave is because of the sales manager. Simply put, we did not come to have an ethics debate of what car prices should be. If you're a buyer who does their research, and you know what car prices should be and what they're going for, then all that needs to be discussed is what price a dealer is willing to work with, and nothing more. Rude and condescending are what describe our experience with the sales manager, trying to convince us that we do not know what we are talking about/trying to convince us to just take the vehicle instead. Like other reviews have mentioned, their prices are high for market value (read others).
