Maintenance of my Kia Soul

My third visit to Kia El Cajon. Again service was exceptional. Personnel was very helpful and professional. In and out in less than 1 hour. Car was also washed.

Bad Service!! Still have the same problem!

I bought a brand new 2019 Kia Niro and it has been in the shop for a multitude of reasons. Recalls check engine light erupted coolant reservoir and a grinding noise when I brake. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of concern for all these issues. Opened a cooperate case and to date they have gone radio silent! I would not ever buy a car from This dealer again!

Great Service Team

Team KIA seems to hire the people that recognize great customer service comes first. I appreciate the experience with KIA from the day purchased the KIA Soul in 2016 to yesterday for my oil change. I had a BMW that I traded in and have to say, I thought I would miss the "luxury" the care represented but I really love my Soul. I feel pampered and the cool factor has been kicked up a few notches. Thanks KIA Thanks for your service over the last three years!

I didn't feel any pressure from sale person .

Paul was very knowledgeable helpful and professional. Not only did he expalin but also showed me how each feature on the vehicle worked. I did not feel like I was being pressured, I felt like he genuinely had my best intrest. Overall the customer service at Kia of El cajon was outstanding! I will definitely recommend my family and friends.

Good service looking for a car

I have. been loocking for a small carand i saw Kia Forte on the streets and local dealers but the car i liked found it in this Kia dealer. The sales man assisted ne with data and good driving test that convinced me to lease it

I recently purchased a new 2019 Maza CX 5. The salesman, Jonathan Nunez, guided me through the process from selection of vehicle, selection of upgrades, negotiating the price, and going over how best to operate the vehicle. The entire process was easier and morning re pleasant than expected

Wonderful, Just Wonderful !

This was truly the best time my husband and I have ever had buying a car. Our car sales man (Darrell) was the best. He was very nice, professional, and just a normal person. We really appreciate everything he did for us. We will highly recommend Darrell to our family and friends. Also in 3 years we will be back to talk to Darrell. Also the finance agent was wonderful too.

Best customer service

From the time i entered the dealership until the time i left the lot i was greeting by great individuals with excellent customer service. In addition the person i dealt with was very knowledgeable about the car buyinh process. Never put any pressure on me which the experience so much better than my expectations
