Outstanding experience from hello to driving off with a new

From the minute we walked in to the Mazda dealership we were met with friendly, experienced staff. They walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. Chris Espinoza was a fantastic salesman and had the same experience with management and finance. We strongly recommend visiting if you want a non pressured, experienced team to get you in a vehicle of your choice

Excellent all the way around

My experience started off great from the beginning. I called the number on the website and was quickly called back. The rep was extremely helpful and is what initially eased my mind about this being the dealership i wanted to work with. Upon arriving, I worked with Paul and he made the entire process simple. Walked me through everything and never made it seem like a process. I was there for around 4 hours but it didnt feel like it at all. Finance was great in explaining everything and the follow up on the items that were given later was quick and everything was completed by the service department faster than their quoted timeframe.

Friendly Enviroment

Went to this dealership and was greeted by their crew and made to feel like I was important and part of their team, I especially liked their Lady worker Mary Beth whom had all the answers I need to find and maybe purchase a Kia use car!

Excellent customer attention

I was greeted by multiple managers as well as a sales team member. All were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The entire sales process was quick and easy. Every employee from sales to finance had great manners and always smiled. I am thrilled with my new car and thrilled with the great customer Service given at Team Mazda. I recommend this dealership above the other dozen or so I visited in the last month. Thumbs Up!

Fair Price & Great Service

I purchased a new Mazda CX 5 and received a very fair price on the car and on my trade in value. My salesman was totally professional as was the gentleman in the finance department and the whole transaction went smoothly. Also Zach spent some time going over essential features with me which was a great help. I highly recommend this dealer

Kia of El Cajon, CA, Service Department

Professional service. Very accommodating. While I waited in the showroom, I had access to beverages, a work area to use. Service was completed in less time that I had anticipated.

Great car buying experience

The sales manager, Wes, and finance manager where all super professional and great to work with. I would give 10 stars to these guys, well done.

Nothing but LIES

I bought a car from them and the first thing we asked is if it had been in any accidents. We were told "no". Not knowing what to look for is the reason we went to a "real" dealership. We were given the carfax and it had no reported accidents. We were also given a document from some website (probably kelly blue book or some similar) declaring the value of the care. We were told when this document was handed to us "we cannot sell the car for less than its worth". We agreed and purchased the car at the declared value. 10 months later we no longer needed the car and went to sell it. No dealership will touch it except one, who valued it at $6250. The car was purchased at $11000 just 10 months prior. We did receive a tentative offer from another dealership for $10250 until they went to inspect it and immediately knew it had been in an accident. It was obvious to all of the dealerships we shopped the car at that it had had the front passenger door replaced as well as the front quarter panel. The car had been repainted as well. Team Kia of El Cajon knowingly lied to us when we asked them about accidents or their used car sales inspection team is incompetent. They declared and attempted to prove the value of the car knowing full well that was a lie. They knowingly lied to and ripped off a single mother of 2 who only wanted to provide a safe and trustworthy vehicle for her children.

Great Experience buying a car from Kia of El Cajon!

I financed a car from Kia of El Cajon. They reviewed my credit and were up front on how much I can qualify for. I drove seceral vehicles and Gus our sales guy was very nice and patient. I was able to leave with my new car the same day Sunday night with a reasonable deposit. I have a dependable vehicle with 7 yr warranty or 100k miles and would highly recommend them if you’re interested in purchasing a car.

Great Customer Care

When my husband walked into Kia of El Cajon, the moment we stepped foot into their lot Chris was amazing and he was able to match us up with his coworker Noah and we we we’re blessed with driving off with a Kia Sorento in our price range and with amazing perks.
