While there was initially a major miscommunication with my oil change and transmission fluid service, the dealership made it right and followed up afterwards. It's accountability and follow through like this that creates loyal customers.

We had an appointment with Service Tech Tyler Jordan. When we arrived we we met immediately by Mr Jordan. The service we requested was handled in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Saturday 4/25/2026 we purchased a 2022 Toyota Avalon from McDavid Ford. Ray Lawliss was our sales person and did a great job by first describing the car and sending a video in calls, text and emails. We eventually made it to the dealership in person and made the purchase. The price was good and sales, service, finance and delivery were all stress free, comfortable and pleasant. We have had the car just for a few days but are very happy with it and the deal we were able to agree to with the good folks at David McDavid Ford. I would recommend shopping with this dealership and working with Ray Lawliss in sales. Special thanks to TJ and Jose in finance

The atmosphere was calm and neighborly. No one was there to sell anything and made it clear they wanted to assist us in getting exactly what we wanted. Very special shout out to Jason Reid our sales associate. Very friendly incredibly service minded. Felt like he was my consigliere rather than a salesman.
