Brian Fabian probably has the worst customer service in
Brian Fabian probably has the worst customer service in Texas if not America. These people are lazy and couldn’t care less about your issues. Had my truck for a month before anything was done with it. It needed 9 hours worth of labor. Parts in stock. When you call up you’ll get an answer from the lady then told no one’s available. Ask for a manager and you’ll be told they don’t have one and hang up. I’m sorry if you’ve bought anything from these people. Truck I bought was online for a price then when asked to do paperwork they added another 20k because they needed to run it through the shop. Don’t fall for any of there games they will try to get you. Worst dealership period.

In situations like this, we are required to work within the approval process and coverage guidelines established by the contract provider, and we cannot authorize repairs outside of what that provider approves. I understand all of the variables. It was not even sent to warranty till a month. Talked with warranty when I was told it wasn’t going to be cover but it was. Warranty informed me the ticket had just been opened. The attitude your employees have need to be fixed. When I went up there no one knows what’s going on. It’s a circus and everyone there is a clown.
Quick and friendly service for my oil change but they
Quick and friendly service for my oil change but they overfilled my engine. I was visiting from out of state so I was glad to find a dealer that would have me in and out. When I got on the road, after a few hours of driving on the interstate, I started smelling oil burning, when I stopped, I saw my dipstick was popped out of flush position, and oil sprayed all over the engine compartment. Despite this loss of oil, I still had at least 2 quarts over according to the dipstick.
