Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. Same for the sales manager and finance rep. They met the lowest price at another dealer and executed flawlessly.

I took my 2025 Ford Explorer in Thursday, March 19 for warranty work and didn't get it back until Thursday, March 26 for an O2 sensor.

Very friendly staff, and an overall good experience trading in my vehicle for a new one. I left at the end of the day with a new truck and feeling like I got a fair deal. Great team of people, would recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Manuel was especially nice to work with. Friendly, not pushy, and quick to get me answers to any questions I had.

They took care of all the issues with my new truck I bought there. Had a loaner truck while mine was worked on. They have an automated system where you can always see progress on your vehicle being serviced. We be back for future service here.

Extremely easy to deal with. I made a phone call early afternoon, showed up about 5pm and was out of there before 6. Sterling was a great salesman.

Used car sales dept was unorganized, I question the checklist inspection being performed before handing vehicle over to customer , took severely trips for items that should have been completed during the work week, has to make a trip 3xs back up to dealer and still don’t have the OEM door lock code! And paint chips still present

I had no issues buying a truck from David McDavid Ford. Sam and Jose were extremely helpful in working out the sale and went above and beyond to help me set up FordPass and Android Auto. Of all the local dealers David McDavid Ford always had the best prices.
