The whole experience after we made it to the dealership
The whole experience after we made it to the dealership was above and beyond our expectations. We visited approximately 6 dealerships and called numerous others. We were very disappointed with the service we received from other dealers. We were very lucky and received a follow up call from sales manager Miles Glover. He was following up on a call we had made earlier that day from a salesman who hadn’t returned our call. Miles called at approximately 6:00pm Friday evening which we were astonished to hear from him so late in the day especially on a Friday. This man’s good work ethic and dedication to his job is what prompted us to drive 3 1/2 hours early Saturday morning to David McDavid Dealership. After we arrived there we met with Miles and Salesman David McNeal. They answered all our questions and we made a deal on the pickup we came to look at. We also met with Brian Bertschy, General Sales Manager. We finished up the paperwork work with the nicest Finance Manager in the world Siva Christos. Ford Motor Company is lucky to have people like this group working for them. It was worth the drive and we will be buying our next vehicle here.

Very easy buying and sales process. Didn?t lowball my trade in and dealer didn?t have any add ons. No pressure sales experience. Never felt like I was getting worked over. Definitely how car buying should be.

Had an unexpected pleasant new car buying experience at DMcD Ford Fort Worth! Ty, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time showing different vehicles and sharing information. He did a great job! Aaron the sales manager made the deal with us in a Bronco Sport and we couldn?t be happier! Good people in the stressful buying process. The only negative is the terrible music at the otherwise clean and attractive dealership. May seem minor but when you?re sitting for 3-4 hours in the purchase process or service it is terrible! There are top 3 worse sounds in the world. 1. Nails on chalkboard 2. The music at David McDavid Ford and 3. A drunk hyena at a Nickelback concert! But you can leave a Nickelback concert! JK! But seriously fix the MUSIC! You can have different genres different days for the love of Bronco! I?m sitting here now in the service dept dying in flute-land.

Fist day I brought my vehicle in for issues it was there
Fist day I brought my vehicle in for issues it was there for 8 plus hours and nothing was accomplished. Service advisor had no clue what the issue was and when I spoke with the technician he had kept trying to force an update and the car wouldn’t take it. I asked if he had looked at the APIM and at that point the service advisor hustled me away. An hour later they concluded they couldn’t make any repairs that day and dint know what the issue was. I had been told when I set the appointment up the week prior that my issues would be solved the day of service. They weren’t. I was leaving highly upset and the service advisor, not knowing what else to do, suggested I speak to the service manager, Zach Walker. Zach ACTUALLY listened to the issues, UNDERSTOOD the frustration I was experiencing and actually took it upon himself to find a resolution. I had to leave that day and come back once a loaner vehicle was available. Came back 2 days later and worked with the same advisor again who, again just grasped the “high points” of my issues and dint really listen to what the actual problems were. Once the major issue was resolved the service advisor called to tell me my vehicle would be ready that evening. I asked about the other issues and I could tell by his reaction that he hadn’t even had the issues looked at. I made a call to the manager and just said “take whatever time to need to get it right so I don’t have to keep coming back instead of trying to rush it through”…. 2 days later it was all fixed and I was informed the service advisor was “no longer with us”…. All in all, Zach was great, Ruben was horrible and your folks scheduling service are t ill informed and absolutely terrible. Can’t say that making an appointment to make an appointment at a later date is really convenient or appreciated as a customer. Zach kept referring to my service plan as “premium” to which I told him the first day “you can stop saying that. Premium is just a name because NOTHING about this experience has been premium” to which he seemed to agree. I have made the determination that this is the last Ford vehicle I will ever buy due to the issues experienced with this vehicle and the inability to be able to get the problems serviced in a timely manner.
