We had been waiting for our ES350h all year. When they finally came out all black or Cloudburst were being sold before they even left Japan. We looked all the way to Vegas and nothing. We found a Premium in Japan through Lexus in Cerritos. Omar had been constantly in touch letting us know what was being shipped. Just when we thought we had to wait until November, Omar asked Jose Veláquez if he could find the specific car we wanted in Premium plus. Jose told him that if he was out there, he could find it. Amazingly, he was able to find both a black and Cloudburst with a dealer in the LA area. He did this within an hour after being requested by Omar. We were called, place the deposit, and the next day it was delivered. We are so pleased for their service and their dedication to our needs. They are true professionals and dedicated to their job. We have done business with them before. We are doing business with them now and we will continue to do business with them in the future. We highly recommend them and we thank you very much, Omar and Jose, for everything you have done for us.

Our experience with Lexus San Diego was great. We dealt primarily with Austin and Tyler, but Martin also filled in when the other two were unavailable. There were no high pressure tactics. Instead, we were able to test drive the vehicle and ask our questions. When the dealership did not have the color we liked, it was able to execute a trade with another dealership to get a vehicle in the desired color.
