The service I received was above excellent. While visiting Palm Springs my Lexus had an engine malfunction. I took it in to have it checked out. The service consultant Chris Rivera did a fantastic job of coordinating the repair needed to get me back on the road in a timely manner which was critical and the repair was not easy. I wish to thank Chris and the repair crew that took care of me in the most professional way. I am throughly THANKFUL!

I visited Shottenkirk Desert Lexus to buy a used car (Under 20k), but I was treated as if I was buying their most expensive car on their lot great customer service all around. Friendly staff, great facilities,. Our agent, Johnny Reyes, has always been great to work with and this was no exception. He walks us through the potential work before the work order is signed, and then again after the work is done explaining the service and walking us through the bill. We hate having to come in for repair work, but always enjoy the experience with the staff.
