Conveniently located in old downtown Hampstead, I found this little gem of a car dealer that delivers BIG. Just had the most amazing experience at this dealership!

Just had the most amazing experience at this dealership! I was on the hunt for an SUV, and I'm so glad I came here. Nemo, the salesman, was fantastic – super helpful, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile to find me the perfect vehicle. I drove away with an incredible deal on my dream SUV, and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a great car-buying experience, ask for Nemo. You won't be disappointed!

We had a great experience.

We had a great experience. Nemo, Bernard, and the team were thorough, helpful, and willing to talk us through our pricing concerns with total transparency. They even went online and compared the Corolla we were looking at to all the dealers within a 100 mile radius to show us that they had the best pricing, and they truly did. Really great service, great car, great, place!

I'd give a neg star if possible, stir clear of this

I'd give a neg star if possible, stir clear of this place. Bait and switch . They advertise their cars at great price to get u in the door. Then hit u with thousands in xxxxxxxx. 600 freight, 800 doc fees and something called HPO fee that on the car i was interested was 1800 . Car was listed at 13,200. I was willing to pay asking price + tax , tags registration. But no way 3200 in xx on a 13k used car . Avoid at all cost

I wish there was a way to give dealerships like this a

I wish there was a way to give dealerships like this a zero. Arrogant sales people, prices that aren't accurate because of their add ons. Tried to call to get accurate pricing only to get talked to like this is my first car. There's just to many car dealers out there to put up with pricing and disrespect.

I don’t want to discredit anyone, but I would like to share my personal experience so others don’t go through the same trouble. Before visiting, I called twice and asked clearly about any additional fees besides the vehicle’s listed price and payment process. I was told the only extra charges were $499 for freight/shipping and a $799 dealer processing fee. However, when I arrived, there were several additional fees added that were never mentioned on the phone. Also, I learned that the price posted on the website only applies if you finance. If you want to pay cash, they add about $5,000 on top of the listed price. For example, a car listed at $32,000 ends up costing close to $40,000 with extra and hidden fees and no financing. I strongly recommend asking for all fees and payment conditions in writing before driving to the dealership. Unfortunately, I had a rough experience after driving 3 hours based on the information I was given.
