Best experience purchasing vehicles. Quick turn around, and no haggling. Tyler Moosman made it easy for us! So worth the drive . As soon as you drive in, you feel welcomed! We also went in for service , and were in and out quickly!!! Great atmosphere all around!

2007 Acura TL

I purchased a 2007 Acura TL sight unseen, I don't think I'll ever take that risk again. Mechanically great, visually not so great. I was caught off guard that the car was delivered too quickly. It would be nice if somebody gave me a heads up. I had to leave work just so I can meet the delivery driver. I just want to express my frustration though. I thought the car was going to be detailed before it got shipped to me. I was hoping that the car would be nice and clean when I show it to my son. Also, it wasn't disclosed to me that there were cracks in the windshield. On the plus side, the price was fair, the transaction as a whole was painless. It was a pleasure to deal with this dealership. I just wished the car was delivered cleaner. Now I will have a reason to bust out the Harly's Carnuba wax. and the leather conditioners. The car is fine so far, no pulling on the freeway, it's faster than heck, braking and handling are awesome. Plenty of tread on the Michelin tires, the Carfax was clean, 1 owner, no wrecks, extremely low mileage for the year, and the timing belt was changed twice already. Either the old couple that traded the car in were fanatics about the maintenance, or the Acura Dealership in Peoria was ripping them off. I do see Jeeps in my area with Larry H Miller plates driving around here. So I know he is selling/delivering cars here in Nor-Cal, which is cool to see. The dealerships here in Marin are absolute crooks.

Hunter is a true asset to the Larry Miller sales team. He doesn’t rush the process nor does he make you feel like a number. I have no problem with referring my friends and family to him...I know they will have a great experience.

Took my 2019 Pacifica in for warranty recall. Work was done at scheduled time. Dealership provided Uber ride home and pick up. Good communication during service process.

Being from out of the area was a bit concerning in knowing where we could get reliable service. Due to the reviews we read online about the Larry H. Miller service department in Surprise, we decided to give them a try. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of the service we received from the immediate appointment time to the communication and completion of the vehicle.
