Great service. Quick service call. Service writer Kyle Kreuziger very knowledgeable and efficient. Vehicle was delivered clean and sanitized. It’s a long drive for me but the dealership is certainly worth the trip.

Service is their golden word. Chrysler 300 had “stuck”...

Service is their golden word. Chrysler 300 had “stuck” shifter in Park. Not only did they fix that but they knew how to fix it which other dealers didn’t. Thank you service.

Took in Grand Caravan for a transmission issue. They told...

Took in Grand Caravan for a transmission issue. They told me the transmission needed to be replaced. Sucks but ok. Took only 2 days which was great. Over the phone I was told it would be a “brand new transmission with unlimited mile warranty...”, but after the repairs the paperwork said it was a remanufactured (rebuilt..not brand new) transmission for only 100k miles. After I asked about that, my service guy Duane(?) said he never stated it was going to be a brand new transmission with unlimited miles. I’ll reconsider my options in the future.

Mike was the Service Adviser, when I brought my Journey...

Mike was the Service Adviser, when I brought my Journey in to have my Moldings looked at, did not realize that they were going to fix it on the same trip to the dealer thought I would have to come back, Mike got my Car in and out of Service and had me on my way in less time than originally quoted, Very Pleased.

Complaint DetailsMy wife and were lied to when it came...

Complaint Details My wife and were lied to when it came to transferring my special handicap plates. I specifically instructed both salesman and Finance mrg and included documentation supporting our special. They were well aware of situations and purposely just titled car in wifes name not allowing me to retain my handicap plates. If they could not do as requested we should have told.
