Avoid -- Not True to their Word

We bought a $60k Jeep from Mark August at this dealership remotely. The one thing he had to do was to deliver it to our RV dealer to get it equipped for towing. He promised to deliver it early Monday morning. By Monday evening, no Jeep and no communication to either the RV dealer or me. This guy is not a man of his word. Do not deal with him.

Purchased a $60,000 Jeep from Mark August at this dealership remotely with his promise that he would deliver it to our RV dealer so it could be equipped for towing. He completely stiffed us and kept our RV dealer waiting all afternoon. I would not do business with this dealer again.

I have to say that this is the worst dealership I have...

I have to say that this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The 1st truck I bought here I had to go back and sign 3 times. After run around and run around it finally got done. It only took a month to finalize the deal. Anyways, skip ahead to this last week. Went in and found a truck and was going to trade in the first one on it. Not an easy deal, but they said no problem! Found the best truck with the most rebates they said would work. Filled out the credit app ( which I told them that on the first deal they ran me and my wife's credit about 20 times and that we didn't want that to happen again.) And was told there was only like 3 or 4 banks they were going through based on our credit. Got a phone call that they could do it in my name only but I needed someone else on the loan because I do have a car loan and motorcycle already in my name. That wasn't true either because now they can't do it at all in just my name. They ran my credit a few times and my wife's 14 times!! Was told in finance that the finance manager was a guru at this and that they haven't seen anything like him. Another lie. Signed the paperwork, took the truck home on Sunday and today on Friday I have given the truck back and got my old one back. I will NEVER buy another truck from here and I will HIGHLY recommend that any of my family and friends don't. So to the general public I say take every word with a doubt that it's true and don't leave anything in your trade in!!!! When I got my old truck back there were some pictures of my son in the cup holder along with a pen that I know 100 percent weren't there when I left it. And my owners manuals were gone. So I called and asked about it and they said no one had gone through it, that it was parked and not touched. With the pictures being found and put in the cup holder and the manuals missing you are seriously going to lie that one of the detail guys went through it snooping to see what they could find?? DO NOT GO HERE. FIND ANOTHER DODGE DEALER!!

I have bought two Chargers from Larry H Miller CJDR...

I have bought two Chargers from Larry H Miller CJDR Surprise, and both have been great experiences. Just bought a 2020 Scat Pack Charger off of Brandon and KT. Go see them for new car needs, no questions asked. You need some muscle, they will take care of you.

Billy is in training with Larry Miller Jeep and shadowed Jerry during our encounter. He seemed to be a quick learner and worked well with Jerry. When we asked a question that he could not answer, he was quick to find out. We feel Billy is on his way to a great career with the dealership.

Very fast transaction. Found the color car I wanted, and I filled out credit app online, Mike had all the paperwork ready when I showed up, they gave me a good deal on my trade and I drove home in a beautiful Charger. No pressure, no hassle. Easiest car purchase ever.
