Buying a vehicle is not a fun process but Brandon made the experience pleasant...Brandon was very knowledgeable and showed me the trucks I was interested in...he was not pushy which made the process more pleasant...he explained the differences between the level of trucks and what each one came with so I could determine which was a better fit for my needs. He knew the inventory so we didn't have to walk in the heat very much which was a big help! He was ok when I left on my initial visit and told him to keep an eye on what I was looking for. He called me 4 days later with a truck I ended up buying. I would highly recommend Brandon to any serious buyer! Robbie the sales manager was also not pushy with me and we worked the numbers we were both happy with. I have worked with him a couple of times and each time has been a positive experience. Finance is always a nightmare but Antonio did a great job explaining my options and he was ok with me not picking out the extras I didn't need. He explained my paperwork and checked over everything for accuracy. I am impressed with my overall experience and it was worth driving a little further to do business with this team. I have another dodge dealer much closer but would drive to this location again for a less stressful experience!

For starters. The owner of LHM made things right. That’s why I’m leaving a three. From a sales manager telling me they over promised and under delivered to my contract being broken because of an apr promised, I wasn’t very excited to do business. Also once numbers were fixed after telling them I wanted my trade in vehicle back I finally came upon a very reasonable deal. To top the cherry DEF was filled up and some how ended up on my wheels, tires, and a good portion of paint and plastic trim on the left hand side. Nothing like thanks for your business, here’s some corrosive chemicals to adorn your $51k purchase.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a new Jeep at Larry H Miller. My sales person was Mark Augustyniak. Mark was professional and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Most importantly to me, it was not a high pressure sales experience. In fact, I made a counter offer several days after I test drove the Jeep I purchased. I was Surprisingly pleased with the last service I received; they must have had a different Mechanic. Although the vehicle was in the shop for a few days, the problem was fixed, and no complaints. Thank You

Doug is the best!!

Doug was outstanding to work with on my car buying deal. He kept his word and got me all that he promised. It was a smooth experience and probably the easiest car buying experience I ever had. The incentive for 72 months interest free was a terrific motivator to buying a new vehicle.

In both truck purchases we made Robbie was AMAZING! He did not hesitate to answer all questions, let us see whatever cars we wanted, but also be honest with us so we weren’t wasting our time. Which I definitely appreciated, since car buying feels like it’s a WHOLE day process. He is one of the most genuine car guys I’ve ever met! He helped us find exactly what we wanted, and even looked at other Dodge dealerships when they didn’t have what we were looking for in stock. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him again! Go see this guy if you want to find your car buying experience effortless.
