i went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the...

i went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the service people ,job completed were all very good, my complaint is the mask policy. i am extremely high risk that's why i waited 6 months before coming in. the sign on the door said mask required to enter, i thought that's great. well one of the kids when i first pulled up was going to jump in my truck after i checked in ,he had a mask but his nose was not covered, i asked to please cover his nose. he did .inside i seen many of the sales associates with no mask on walking around. a person in the waiting area no mask. and sales associates walking outside with a customer then both taking off masks and they were within 2 feet of each other i went to a corner away from everyone and waited as outside they were all unmasked, with totals nearly 2000 new cases in the last 3 days i am so disappointed i need to feel safe and this state and country needs to get a hold on the rising virus again. please talk with your accosiates them taking their masks on and off or not wearing on it can be a possibility someone could be a carrier thus spreading it all over your dealership please be safe

yes mask uplike your sign on the door says just one employee being a symptomatic and taking mask,on and off all day could infect many at your dealership

They were very helpful and found the right rig for me,...

They were very helpful and found the right rig for me, being on disability it isn't easy to find a rig that I can get in And out of they did

Blake was awesome! Honest, courteous and attentive. I would recommend him to anyone. We bought 2 vehicles and we was able to work out both deals in a timely manner.

Overall experience was fantastic! I have never been to a dealership as top notch as this one. The whole team but especially Blake was awesome. They all seemed to really care about the person buying the vehicle more than the actual sale. The only thing i would say truly for constructive criticism and has nothing to do with sales is, i took a vehicle in for an oil change and that they took in as a trade in and the manager would not credit us back in gear or give money back. I never even received keys back from my old vehicle before i was sitting down signing for a new ram truck.

Hunter could not have been more helpful in assisting us...

Hunter could not have been more helpful in assisting us with finding the vehicle. He was gracious enough to give us space at first to look around then made himself available for questions. During the negotiations of the sale he communicated very well and knew how to ask about all of our needs while being very honest with a lot of integrity.

LARRY H MILLER LIARS

Do not buy a car from larry h miller surprise az. My wife and were lied to when it came to transferring my special handicap plates. I specifically instructed both salesman and Finance mrg and included documentation supporting our special. They were well aware of situations and purposely just titled car in wifes name not allowing me to retain my handicap plates. If they could not do as requested we should have told.
