Some good and somethings they need to improve on. Technical issue missed. Personable, politeness, respect, friendliness well below average. Oddly their wash job missed badly on the windshield. I saw no sales people, but this review required I select one

Scheduled maintenance and correction of two recall items.
Took vehicle in, they immediately commenced work and provided transportation back home for me. When vehicle was done they sent txt to inform me and provided transportation back to facility. When I arrived vehicle was ready, I was happy. No issues, no delays, thanks. Oh, one small error, the service center applied sticker reflects my mileage as 9972. My actual vehicle mileage at time of service was 4972. Thanks again.

Surprise Ram makes me fill like I'm part of the family.
I came in around 8:30 A.M. and Jerry "The Jeep Guy" worked with me until almost 9:00 P.M to find the Truck I was looking for. They really have a great selection of trucks to choose from. And, their team is dedicated to customer satisfaction. They really were not happy until I was. I Came in looking for a SLT "Warlock" ended up buying a Ram Big Horn with everything I wanted. The price was GREAT to because my new Ram Big Horn came with more options than the SLT would have had. I was very impressed. I would recommend Surprise Ram to anyone. They really help take the stress out of the car buying experience. Happy Guy.

spent 185 dollars on a new key to my jeep and the key does not work ,locked myself out at lake havasu due to the defective key i paid 185 dollars for . poor work manship hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else and some sort of reimbursement is given due to the troubles ive been through over it
