Michale Queen is amazing and honest. I will NEVER take my vehicles anywhere else. As a women it’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. He has never unsold next. I appreciate the work tgat they do and I know I can count on them. Thank you Mr Queen for always treating me like family!!!

Kyle checked me in, politely and efficiently. All staff was pleasant and willing to be of service. Clean, well lited comfortable waiting options. Except needed Fox news on TV. A very good organization. Bill Ryden

My first contact with Larry H Miller

Had my first oil change with Larry H Miller on May 8th 2020. Treated like a king! They got me a ride to and from my home at no charge! Extremely pleased with my experience! Will be doing all my business with Larry H Miller Surprise!

Follow up after the Sale.

I was encouraged to leave a 5-Star review when I purchased my '19 Ram 2500 from Jon Rohde last year upon shaking hands and overcoming a $900 difference. Truth is, I had a poor experience. Especially when signing contracts and the finance manager tried to hide a $6500 warranty into the deal telling me it was "thrown in at no cost because he kept the payment the same." This was a greedy mistake, and I wish I knew his name, but he signed all my contracts "BUS MGR," and from that point his embarrassment was overwhelming to him and all he wanted to do was chat with my friend about comic books. This trick left a bad impression on me and if it wasn't so obvious and laughable, I'd have left without taking the deal. I'd also like to add that I have received ZERO follow up since the day I bought my Ram. Nice facility, LMD is a great group, but this location should be focused on training and the basics of sales instead of letting their staff perform all the tricks of the trade to put money in their pockets above referrals and repeat business.

Always a great experience

I have a lifetime warranty for the power train on my 2008 Dodge Ram. Currently it has in excess of 340,000 miles. A few years ago after being rudely treated at a large dealership I was fortunate to find Larry Miller in Surprise. As soon as I walked in I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by Micky. He was honest and transparent and has never spoken down to me, although I know very little about car engines. Larry Miller has service a lot of work on my vehicle both warrantied and not warrantied. He has always given me the impression he is doing the best he can for me. The last time I was in I learned from my new service representative Kyle that Micky was promoted. I was not surprised. Kyle did a very good job in keeping me informed and making sure I was well taken care of while my vehicle was in the shop for a week and the parts were hard to obtain during this time of Covid-19. Whatever Larry Miller is doing to train service representatives like Micky and Kyle I hope they keep it up because it is working. My vehicle is running great. Thank you.
