Great Buying Experience.

Set an appointment to have some recall work performed. Easy set up and the site created a profile including a designated service advisor. When arriving for my appointment, I was greeted courteously and walked to my advisor, Duane. My appointment was at 9:30 and I received text notification within 2 hours that my vehicle was ready, with a complimentary wash. Just a better experience than I have had at other dealerships!

Duane in service was able to get all my warranty work...

Duane in service was able to get all my warranty work done that I asked for in 1 day. I was able to get a rental when I dropped off my truck. I would recommend Duane if you need any service work done.

Ask for this young Man

He Intelligently listens to the concerns of the customer. Matches the customer's concerns to the correct vehicle without trying to upsell. When the "I have to speak to my sales manager" game starts, he advocates for the demands of his clientele. I found I could trust his judgement. Bravo KT! The service department is world-class. As in ALL vehicle purchases, new or used, (and I have bought both from this dealership), there are fixes necessary. As in all fixes, mistakes obviously can be made from time to time. What defines world-class "to me" is what happens when these mistakes are made. Except exceptional accountability. These guys will not fail you.

Brandon was extremely friendly from the first moment we stepped into the dealership and completely invested in finding me the car of my dreams! He was diligent in his searches to ensure I would get exactly what I wanted and even called several other dealerships to search for exactly what I wanted. Had my Durango towed in, the service agent was great and...

Had my Durango towed in, the service agent was great and really made getting the repairs done a walk in the park. Highly recommend and will be using for future service or tech needs.

In Jan 2019 bought a jeep 2018 used with few mileage...

In Jan 2019 bought a jeep 2018 used with few mileage bought warranty, in Oct 2019 we took it because the steering wheel controls were given alert and we were told that control needed to be changed. We took car with apt. Then we're told that a part needed to be ordered and it be ready in Dec. we called and were told part won't be ready until March and even then they don't promise they'll have the part. Attitude is that they can't do anything about it and that the car is going to be 1year old in january. ,could not believethat to be the answer of the manager. Plus they did not put it back together the steering wheel has the hardness loose. Very poor service .another time when I took car for oil change and change a tire that had a screw. I was told they didn't have tire but that they did tire rotation and oil change. I went home my husband asked how it went so i told him what was said and done. He went to check car and came and told me dealer could not have done tire rotation because tire with nail in the same place. Then I wonder if oil was even done. Would I buy a car jeep with Chrysler I don't think so. I don't want to be treated like an idiot
