I have tried to reach Mr Klein several times.
I have tried to reach Mr Klein several times. He purposely avoids my phone calls. I hsve been requesting an answer on how his employees could possibly fail to handle proper protocol when doing a simple oil change. His employees did not put the drain plug in all the way causing the oil to leak out of the vehicle by the time I was home. In my opinion Mr Klein does not have the tenacity be running a vehicle service department. He should be demoted to stock room employee because that is all he can handle.

I need more time to do it thoughtfully. In short, my experience with the staff at Fritts Ford was frankly superior to any experience I've had buying a car for the last 40 years. What a wonderful group of hard working polite people you have there. I was treated respectfully and the caliber of my experience there was exceptional.
