I appreciate the Hyundai brand for it's comfort and

I appreciate the Hyundai brand for it's comfort and reliability. Demond Jones has always been an excellent salesperson. He is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in everything that is Hyundai. I have leased for more than 10 plus years with him and have the utmost faith and trust in his ability to get me in the right model vehicle that suits me well . Any questions I have are always thoroughly answered and I'm not made to feel as if I'm taking up time. Demond Jones makes the sale work for me. Once I drive away in my newest acquisition, everything has been done, and I am able to enjoy my purchase with pride. Mr Jones will always be my go to when it comes to anything Hyundai.

This business is easy to find, clean and very spacious.

This business is easy to find, clean and very spacious. The employees are attentive to your needs. I for one only deal with Demond Jones as he is an excellent salesperson, professional , polite and attentive to your concerns. The layout of the sales floor has changed and I would like to ask that sitting at a stationary desk, across from your salesperson return. I find there is no privacy when discussing your personal information as customers are walking all around, in and out near the cafeteria like tables with 4 chairs that prospective buyers are provided. Nearby parking is atrocious but I'm not sure what can be done about that?

My overall experience was a great dealing with Charlie Cuenca and the rest of the employees at Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and professional. They took the time to answer any questions I had and helped get me into the vehicle I went there for. As with anything do your research and read all of the fine print and there won't be any surprises and you too will have a great experience just as I did.

We had a poor experience when we purchased our 21' Tucson

We had a poor experience when we purchased our 21' Tucson 9/2023. That being said, the true colors of the dealership were shown when we had a problem with the FCA system, Forward Crash Avoidance. The biggest issue is they do not return calls, e-mails, homeoffice requests for a call. NOTHING. Then after many attempts you get nothing but lip service! Every time you are transferred or moved up the line they have no notes about the issues. You need to start at the beginning. I spent 3.45 hours in the waiting room for little to nothing. I am only touching the tip of the iceberg! They are out for one thing, and it's not you! I would also add the prices shown in the service area for common service items are outlandishly priced. Go anywhere else but to Empire!!!!!

Brought 2019 Tucson in for engine light/knocking

Brought 2019 Tucson in for engine light/knocking noise/acceleration... Told needed oil...charged me $250 to put in oil/additive...never knew that this was a persistent problem with Tucson engine and Empire should have replaced engine...car died within 48 hours of leaving Empire...had it towed to selling dealer who replaced engine under Hyundai's warranty/extended warranty/. Car out of service almost 7 weeks.

Third Hyundai dealership to price new 2025 Tucson SEL.

Third Hyundai dealership to price new 2025 Tucson SEL...lengthy, but not unpleasant negotiation...wish we could have started where we finished...the bottom line is that Empire beat the total price...including trade...by $2000 over the other two dealers....a very good deal for me, and Empire sold another car.
