This was the best car buying experience my wife or I ever had - 6 leased cars and 1 purchased - ever! This dealership was a class act. The salesperson, Jordan Taulau - out of this world. I have never enjoyed purchasing a car more. We used to be loyal BMW & Lexus customers, respectively. Infiniti has replaced them both, and I would prefer to do all my business with this dealership, and Jordan, as long as I possibly can. Save yourself the hassle, the haggling, and the sleazy sales tactics of 99% of car dealerships. Go here, go to Jordan. Quick, easy, honest, bottom line pricing. Couldn't be happier!

Best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from!!!!!! I purchased the 2015 Q50 what a great car! It has everything I was looking and more! But the best part of my experience was Joseph Satarzadeh , he was knowledgeable ,professional, and not pushy. He made it so easy for me. I also want to to say that Nick in finance was also just as awesome! This dealership has the best customer service skills I have ever seen!

Terrible service
Avoid this place! Please buy your car anywhere but here. Literally the worst experience I've ever had dealing the service dept. They promise you the world while buying the car but once you sign the dotted line, forget it. I'll skip half of the things they dropped the ball on but my biggest issue with these guys was the fact that when I came back to them for my permaguard (a two hour drive) they completely ignored every single service request I had discussed with them. The oil light has been on since I bought it and was never fixed. The broken visor was never fixed and the tail license plate bracket had completely fallen off when I drove it off the lot and asked them to adhere it better and that wasn't touched. The sales manager was dismissive and condescending to me the whole time. Fought not to give me the loaner I was absolutely promised while I waited the 5 hour process. Finally after over an hour waiting I was able to get one and finally go eat something. Then the most important part of my whole trip back there was to swap my old stereo and put it in my new car which they completely destroyed. Broke the microphone and didn't return a piece I needed for best buy to properly secure my bass resulting in me coming back and then having to make yet another appt for BB to install it again. The only redeeming thing about this place was Jordan and Matt who tried their best to help when everyone seemed to just not care at all. The whole experience was just painful.

It was a Breeze to Buy a Used Car
I found a used Miata at this dealership. In working with the sale folks, they were receptive to adjusting the price if I found something that was non-factory (the car had a cold air intake, "interesting" wheels, and an intermittently working radio). They performed a oil change, coolant change and full inspection before putting the vehicle for sale, and it showed. It was in good condition. The buying process was easy and relaxed, definitely better than some experiences in the past. I've had the car for about a week now and can't be more happen with it and the whole experience. Excellent purchase and customer service!
For over a month, I researched the G37 Coupe. I narrowed it down to a specific model and trim. The 2012 Blue Slate Infiniti G37 Sport Coupe with a 6-Speed Manual Transmission. This car is RARE. This dealership was selling one of the two models in the US with these specs. The other was in Florida, so that was out of the question. Yet, I wanted to make sure I was getting a great car and didn't want to "settle." After researching this particular model, prices, packages, etc, I finally came up with a list of questions. Other dealers at different dealerships were either pressuring to purchase/finance/lease the Q60, buy a different used car, or whatever else would put their dealership on top. When I called the dealership, I spoke to Sam Parker. He was very informative and answer all my questions with ease. In addition, he offered additional information about buying used cars (in general) that other dealers generally do not disclose because it will hurt their profit from the sale. I was very comfortable speaking to him and agreed to drive 60 miles in 2 hours of traffic to come in and see the car that Saturday. When I visited the dealership I was not bombarded with a squad of salesmen trying to get me to finance a brand new Infiniti or lease a Q60. Instead, Sam greeted me and politely set me up with another sales rep as he was with another customer. In the few minutes that I waited, I checked out the lobby. The dealership was not crowded for a Saturday afternoon. They offered Seattle's Best and Starbucks coffee with doughnuts, pastries, cookies and apple fritters (love this stuff). The dealership was very clean and friendly. The sales rep brought me straight to the G37 I was interested in. Unfortunately, I have to take away 1 star because the sales rep wasn't very knowledgeable about this model and the previous owner. The sales rep let me take my time to examine the car and didn't pressure. The test drive was great, as expected, and the car was in excellent condition. I knew I wanted this car. The negotiations went well and so did the buying process. The dealer was humble about the loan I would receive from my credit union. In addition, they did not pressure me to purchase extended warranties or maintenance plans. Sam Parker was able to meet me very close to my price, which I am very grateful for. I signed the papers and agreed to pick up the car following a third party used car inspection. The inspection results came as expected. The car was in excellent condition, and nothing other than the tires treading at 50% depth (I did expect this when I inspected the car). Now here is the best part about the dealership that put them at 5 stars, and would definitely have me returning to the dealership for my next car (if available) and recommend others. The dealership was willing to hold onto the car for a week until I could drive out there again. Still, driving the 60 miles was no joke the first time. Fortunately, Sam Parker drove the car out to Sherman Oaks, himself, and drop off the car. In addition he filled up the tank and gave the car a car wash. This was over the top. Hands down the best first time used car purchase experience I ever had.
