No hassle experience
Obviously car buying is not supposed to be "fun", however I had a very professional and no hassle experience buying a USED Honda Odyssey and trading in my old Toyota Sienna. Gil Navarro was the sales person. I originally viewed the car and test drove it. Then went home and we exchanged some emails, and negotiated a bit. But at the end of the day, it was a good price, a good exchange, and more than fair value for my trade in.

Pleasant Experience

Mellisa called me to let me know I was due for an oil change which had come on the car warning the day before. She also let me know that they were running a special price.The car was done and washed in less than an hour.
