Absolutely the worst !

Absolutely the worst !! Leased a brand new 2025 Sierra SLT Diesel on Wednesday from Riverhead GMC As I left the lot to drive home a message came on the dashboard that the AC was shutting off bc the engine was overheating I assumed a faulty sensor However minutes from my house the engine shut off saying the engine had overheated I CHECKED THE COOLANT AND THERE WAS NONE IN THE RESEVOIR!!! They picked up the car the next day and brought for service Three days later I have no disposition and cannot get in touch with service I called the salesman today to let them know I want a different truck bc its obvious this is more than a simple leak I asked to speak to a manager No one has called me to respond and all attempts to contact service go to the voucemail I ve never had an experience like this ever !!!! THE LACK OF CONCERN AND SERVICE AS A NEW CUSTOMER IS TROUBLING !!

GMC Canyon

Good work done on time but it took 10 months to get the parts in to finish my new truck and main gym rep had to call after talking to me and then two days later the parts showed up??

NY Inspection Appt

Quick, easy and kind- what else do we need? I recently had my New York State inspection done at a car repair shop, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. They were knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and concerns about the inspection process. The inspection itself was thorough and efficient, ensuring that my car met all of the state's safety and emissions requirements. The mechanic who inspected my car was skilled and detail-oriented, taking the time to explain any issues he found and provide recommendations for resolving them. Overall, I was impressed by the level of care and attention to detail that the car repair shop provided. It was clear that their top priority was the safety and satisfaction of their customers, which made me feel confident and at ease throughout the entire inspection process. I would highly recommend this car repair shop to anyone in need of a New York State inspection or any other type of automotive service. The overall experience was very good. I had an 8:00 AM appointment, and arrived about 7:55 and they took care of me right away. I had an oil change, tire rotation and rear breaks replaced.The work was done in a timely manor.

My previous review was not fair to Riverhead Buick.

My previous review was not fair to Riverhead Buick. They did excellent ,prompt work and fixed the problem I had..unknown to me, the car had other issues which was pointed out to me by Jeff from the service dept which they agreed to fix at no additional cost. Thank you Jeff and the others that worked on my car. Where else would you find a dealer that goes that extra mile . THANK YOU again.

Try to steal deposit

Be careful giving them a deposit. They had the audacity to ask me to leave a deposit on the car when I call to make an appointment to look at it. I told the guy Avenue and looked at the car yet. I went and looked at the car and gave them a deposit after more pressure I told him I would let them know ASAP unless I decide it on another car. Well I went and bought another car and they did not give me my deposit back in three attempts so I handed over to American Express who canceled the payment. If Amex did not step in they probably still would have me five hundred bucks as of today. Very Shifty deposit games be careful. I suggest you don't leave a deposit ever with them. Or certainly use AmEx where they protect their customers from thieves like this.

A dealership that listens and cares!

Terrific car buying experience at Riverhead Buick GMC! Salesman Walter Vail was a dream to deal with. No pushy sales tactics or trying to up sell. He listened to my needs, understood my budget and used his vast sales knowledge and resources to find the right car. Then, General Manager Tom Williams and Bill Neikman in finance worked their magic to get my payments within my comfort zone. Everyone I worked with at the dealership genuinely cared about helping me get back into the drivers seat. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! I highly recommend Riverhead Buick GMC and will definitely return when I’m ready for that Acadia!!

Definetly dobt care

To make a long story short, I sent multiple emails about a specific vehicle with guy named Zac, so I planned my visit for a Saturday morning being informed that he would have the car waiting and ready for me to take a look. Saturday morning I emailed him letting him know I'm on my way, was given the response great, thanks for the heads up. Needless to say when I arrived there was no car waiting for me, apparently it's common practice for the lot guys to use the vehicles to run errands and I would have to wait around for at least 45 minutes for them to get back. Why did I bother notifying them? Thanked Zac for, giving me the business, and left. Obviously they don't care or need my money. Still looking for a vehicle, but even if they had the best deal I'll never stop there again.
