My Mini is great but the dealership and people that work here are fantastic! I was greeted immediately upon arrival and the wonderful experience of meeting with Mitch Shefveland from service. I’m waiting for the completion of my car, thanks for the 2nd cup of coffee.

Love going to the dealer Mitch is up front and honest about repairs and what should be addressed Rt away. Timing of work by tech is always A1 service.

I have used dealership since car purchase. Mich has been my service advisor and was a done a wonderful job keeping the car running well. I have had no problems.

Mitch in Service at MINI Cooper is absolutely outstanding! He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and thoroughly. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely super nice to work with. Every visit is smooth and stress-free because of him. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers this level of customer service. Highly recommend asking for Mitch if you’re bringing your MINI in for service — you won’t be disappointed!

Mitch was pleasant and informative to deal with. They send a video of their inspection which was helpful to see what they are talking about. They finished my car in one day and there was a lengthy list of services I needed. I definitely recommend them!

We love and appreciate this dealership very much. What makes us appreciate it so much is outstanding Mitch Shefveland! We have worked with Mitch for several years now. He is top notch, professional, kind, honest, and honorable. He remembers us and he looks out for us (as well as our car), and he cares for us like a friend. He never pressures us, but he had a deep understanding about cars and helps us to understand the importance of certain things needing to be done.
