I was able to walk the lot without a sales rep

I was able to walk the lot without a sales rep immediately approaching me. It was when I knew what I wanted when I ran into Mohamed Msouti. At first I was a bit skeptical in regards to which financing deal I wanted to go through. I was adamant on using my bank loan , however after Mo explained my options and worked the numbers with me to basically match the APR interest of the bank he convinced me to change my mind. He showed me the bigger picture and it took a while for it to process in my head, but im grateful he had the patience and perseverance to get me the best deal possible. Thank you Mo!

The employee that always makes my visit very pleasant is

The employee that always makes my visit very pleasant is Tevin Ivy. He always searches for the best price for my repairs to ease my financial pain. He's what a Lexus Representative should always be; courtesy, respectful and pays attention to my issues. The only problem I have with Lexus is the prices of parts and Labor are so astronomical that it causes a hardship for me. I love my 2007 Lexus but I don't have a Lexus financial income. There should be automatic discounts for seniors and Loyal customers. Marlene Smith

Tevin was my service advisor, and was very helpful.

Tevin was my service advisor, and was very helpful. This was my first service on this car, and I had an issue with a tech feature. A big change from my 2009 RX! He resolved the issue and explained what happened. I waited while the first inspection done, and was in and out within about 45 minutes. Great!
